I am experiencing increased flatulence, and abdominal Discomfort from the last 1-2 months. In my Right hypochondriac region and epigastric region . It feels more like abdominal Discomfort. I am also having changed bowel habits, but no constipation and diarrhea. The stool seems to be a little greasy when I feel it, there are no changes in urine . For the last few days I am experiencing burping also, The symptoms I can only feel when I am alone when I am indulged in work I never get all those symptoms. I sometimes feel a little tight on the Abdomen, when I sit and once I sit with my back straight the tightness reduces . I palpated myself but couldn't find any swelling as such .

I had been diagnosed with uti in September '23 following frequent urination and pelvic discomfort. In ultrasound there were gravels in both kidneys and bladder wall was thickened(6.7mm). I took levoflox acin, azythromycin and nitrofurantoin in span 9f one month. But my symptoms were persistent. I drink coconut water for almost a month and eat cucumbers. I was completely ok but again I feel frequent urination and pelvic discomfort. Note: Fatty liver found in ultrasound. Urine routine micro is absolutely normal.

Hello sir, I am working in pharmacy shop, but i don't know which is best medicine for Gas and stomach discomfort.. Unable to burp easily after meal and feeling always something going on in my stomach.. Can it make mild pain discomfort in middle of chest too? Because done 3 ECG in 10days all normal.. Also sometimes in morning after bath when I drink normal water feels cold at bottom of stomach then, bitter test liquid comes in mouth and vomating happen very immediately..it happen once in week.. Please let me know best course of medicine I have already taken pan d, Aciloc RD, feeling good with Pantin L but don't know course of it.

Dear Sir, I was operated for appendicitis in 2009. Post that I had no issues. But after appendicitis I started feeling little discomfort in right lower stomach ( general area near appendicitis scar). I also did ultrasound and rechecked but nothing was noticed. I have been having gas and bloating issue since then and now a days from last 8 to 9 months, I have a lot of gas and bubble kind of feeling ( gas formation) kind in right lower stomach. Whatever portion of food I eat , my burp starts. Yes one this I'd like to admit is that I take a lot of junk food and also alcohol during weekends. I don't exercise due to busy office schedule . I want to get rid of this discomfort. Very rarely I also get anal fissures ( once in 6 months). I eat a lots of spicy food. Thanks and would seek guidance .

Since 4-5 years, I am facing some issues wrt chest discomfort and Excess of Acid (Hyperacidity). My father is a heart patient so whenever I have this problem, I always linked it with heart issues. My all reports like ECG, TMT and Echo comes normal, my LVEF was 70% in 2014 and which is recently measured at 60% with all other parameters as normal. I wish to understand whether I need to consult with a cardiologist for all these issues or it may be an issue related to excess production of acid as I am facing this issue very frequent. I did observed that this chest discomfort issue arise whenever my stomach gets upset. Please advise.

Hi Sir/Mam, My friends saliva went inside my right eyes before 30 days who was diagnosed with malaria very next day. So, my afraid me washed my eyes very deeply within next 10 mins and later I felt watery eyes on the same day ( maybe due to excess water i poured inside to clean my eye) . Then From next day I got a mild pain/ discomfort on my right eye which Last still this day where I am in my 30 th day. And sometimes my right eye pain/discomfort extends to my right eyebrow or right part of head and creates headache which lasts for 2-3 hours, then going. Wat it could be? Infection or sinusitis or something else? PS : I went to eye dr as well who confirmed no infection on my eyes. Wat it could be then? Pls advise

I have been masturbating for many years, but for few months I did it on regular basis, sometimes 5-6 times a day. I was diagnosed with prostatitis a year ago which was cured, but I am having the discomfort inside anal area and urge to pee from a few days. I was addicted to masturbation and porn.And i found out i was doing prone masturbation which made my foreskin too thin .And i couldnt pull my forskin fully back when its completely erect.Soo what I did is I tried to pull it initially and I think it made my foreskin tear below the head.Now its dosent pain while I'm at work or doing something.When I try to pee it gets discomfort 🥴🥺.This is keeping me disturbed in day to day life.Need some suggestion whether this will get resolved naturally
