Hi dr I am having occasional pain in lower abdomen right side from last 4-5 months. One month ago I Took USG whole abdomen and inguno scrotal region . Dr prescribed med course for 7 days but no relief. So i ignored this for 1 more month. But now I am having discomfort in whole abdomen at different locations (not like previous one). What to do now? My all heart tests are normal but still i have shortness of breathe and discomfort in the heart and when i press my left hand or left leg with pressure it feels like something is choking in my heart and shortness of breathe , i don't know why it's happening, if still there is anything wrong please suggest the best preventive measures to reverse the damage at Early stage .. i m just a 21 yrs old boy having lots of dreams about life and career and i don't want anything to happen

Hi doctors, I am feeling discomfort in my stomach, due to this I am getting feeling of being sick, Even though sometimes i feel mucus or acid in my esphagus. Sometimes my heart beat starts beating fast but when I burp it goes down automatically. Even I am having problem in the bowel movement. Sometimes I feel numbness and weakness in my body after when I got my stool passed it starts back to normal. It is giving me anxiety. Please help.

I was prescribed FAS-3 kit for my white discharge issues. Right after completing my dosage I caught the weather change flu, so I was suggested to consume 15ml of Doctor Brandy with hot water. Now I slight discomfort and pain in my urinary bladder but it's not very severe. My right ovary seems a little bloated too. What should I do? My current gynaecologist isn't reachable at the moment. I m 34 and have been diagnosed with gerd 25 days after my septoplasty.taking ppi ,lesurid and topcid 40 from 2 months...reflux intensity has reduced but there are episode of discomfort from throat to chest,feels suffocating,Nasal congestion , irritating while speaking and heavy head...it that due to gerd or something thing else

Last 8 months I have left arm elbow upper side mild pain, left arm nervous, discomfort and feel weakness. Particularly I facing this issue when fear, stress, pressure, early wake up, midnight wake up and less sleep. I consulted General physician, ortho specialist and neurology. But no improvement. I am feeling discomfort in lower abdomen and pelvic region. It's mild and negligible this month however it happened last month as well and had a feeling of stretching, tighness and bloating in lower abdomen. It was relieved  after taking medicine of infection. I am over weight and has extreme belly fat. Is that the reason why pelvic region gets the pressure. I feel like heaviness in lower abdomen. Periods are regular and normal. I have suffered from UTI a number of times.

Sir, I experience voice change, mild ear and jaw pain, discomfort in soft pallet. Gone through throat endoscopy, infection is present and doctor suggested tablet to reduce acid reflux and to reduce infection. I drank cold water a day before. I've been experiencing anxiety since I have my exams approaching but I've had these episode of feeling full and defecating,even though I would have passed it . I don't want to suffer this kind of discomfort on exam day . I've been lately eating outside food but not a lot to cause such weird sensation in gut. Is this anxiety and increased mobility of gut or maybe cuz of eating outside food ( but I don't eat a lot also)

I am feeling discomfort in upper abdomen just below the chest in the middle. Feeling like something is stuck in esophagus. I have conducted my endoscopy in December 2020. From December 2020 I am feeling same problem. Sometimes I feel ok and then again problem persist. Now doctor has prescribed me tablet Razo 20 empty stomach and librax before food two times a day. My weight in Feb 2020 is 75 kg and now it is 70 kg . My Hb is above 13 . Kindly suggest what should I do . Can I again go for endoscopy . Kindly suggest. I am thyroid patient also
