Chest area discomfort
My name is jai my age 39 . My cardiac test report are normal lipid profile tmt coronory angiografy stress eco is normal but my chest area discomfort or severe pain left side middle and neck. I intake talma 40 morning glycomet sr 2 mg after breakfast and ecosprin av 75/10 and glycomet sr 1 my. All cbc kft lft thyrod report normal but chest area is discomfort and night sleep breating problem few days. Plese suggest me my weight is 138 kg hight is 5.9

U r cardiac evaluation is totally normal so u don’t need to worry much about chest pain as it’s non cardiac. Could be due to musculoskeletal cause. Ur are grossly over weight. I suggest u to join a dedicated program to reduce ur weight . Decreasing weight will also stabilise ur bp and sugar levels and decrease requirement of medication
