I am having internal pain below the rib cage area on the left side. This starts after I have some food. I have tried avoiding acidic food but it is still persisting. The bowel movement is quite normal. But the pain keeps persisting and increases if I lie down on the left side or cough

Fell left side to stop a cricket ball..having pain near lower left rib cage...have i injured spleen? Or just muscle tear...pain is felt on movements majorly..walking.. turning while sleep...its around 5 days now.

Diagnosis video call by doctor intercostal muscle strain, muscle tear left lower chest near ribs , 5 days before Injury happen pain still not gone , I already took 2 tab naproxen, 2 tab combiflam, 4 tab of zerodol th4, & now stared only 400 mg brufen 2 tab per day , one more thing after injury I immediately sprayed cold spray on ribs after 2 days that area skin got burn & black after 5 days that skin is itching now , ......tell me how & when everything will be fine.. .now 1 week no decrease in pain , tell me from list of medication I have which one to continue. 1) paracetamol 500 2) brufen 400 3) zerodol th4 4) naproxen 250...which one is best

My wife,39 yrs, feeling pain and burning sensation in the ribs of left breast since February 2025. After consultation with General physician, MD. She is  daigonised as Costochondritis pain as per Chest USG (Thickening Costochondrl junction of left  7,8,9 ribs) and prescribed mediines as Chymoral Forte, hyfenec Tablets. After couples of week she is getting same problem till the date. After that CT Scan, chest Xray PA view,  x ray thoracic spine AP and Lat ,  Mammography , both breast has done by another two genral physician and all the reports shows normal as Doctor said (General physician,MD, Pulmologist). We did echocardiography, Holter as per cardiologist suggestion. Reports are normal ,said cardiologist. Now we are in the situation for not taking right decision to go for  which Doctor and specialist. Now,  she is taking Chymoral Forte and Ultracet.

I habe tightness and discomfort in groin area from some years and comes and goes. While urinating also sometimes discomfort and burning is felt. It is on one side of the groin. Frequent urinating and little discomfort while urinating sometimes. Usg of abdomen and pelvis is normal except a small inguinal hernia is found. Urine culture test shows senstive for so many antibiotics. Is this causing the problem and should I be treated for all senstive antibiotics? Please advise.

Every morning i feel discomfort/dryness in my vagina and only after drinking water i feel better. In the day i don't experience this. On somedays i feel the discomfort in the night again. But it goes away as soon as i drink a glass of water. I generally drink about 5-6 glasses of water daily. Is this discomfort/dryness normal? I am worried because it happens everyday. What could be the possible reason? Am i thinking too much?

I got my left side wisdom teeth extracted two months ago. I had some problems and pain in ear and face so my doctor suggested Mayospaz and Nurobion..It was cured but after one month again thre was pain in left jaw and discomfort in ear so i took antibiotics . Again now i am having the same problem discomfort in left jaw and lymph node is swollen and aslo ear discomfort. I am attaching an opg report with this.

Iam having discomfort frequently since 1.5 years after passing stool. Daily I go 2 times in the morning. Second time when I pass the stool a little burning sensation and some discomfort will be there till afternoon. It will be normal after that. No blood and mucous from stool. I consulted doctor he wrote some stool tests and reports are normal. Doctor told it may be due to some infection and gave some antibiotics..for one week it is ok. But discomfort started again..Please help me to get rid out of it.

Have done ECG, 2D Echo and XRay for the chest, all reports are normal but the pain and discomfort continues. I also occasionally sweat very badly, but not much breathing issue.. This discomfort for around a month now. Not sure why such discomfort. Typically get pain in the left side of chest, near the stomach, slightly around left bicep. Not hurtful but constant nagging.. Pls advice with the next medical step that I should take.. Regards

Since one year I'm getting upper rib ( upper right side chest pain ) it's on and off. But when it accrue rib will pain a lot. Took gastric tablets but still I have pain and some time I face constipation and lower back pain problem too . Pl tell me is this gastric prob or some thing else
