Good evening first I wish you good health and safety in these troubled times. Coming to your issue, as to what I can see the wisdom tooth was impacted (stuck) in a horizontal position so I’m assuming there must’ve been surgical approach involving tooth sectioning and bone cutting involved. These kind of wounds do take time to heal. But what I also see is that you have a deep carious lesion in the tooth ahead ( left side of jaw in radiography) which could be the focus of infection and source of your issues. You may need to endodontically (root canal) treat the tooth ahead and then observe. If the root canal has already been done with the tooth ahead, another radiograph post tooth removal would be helpful for further diagnosis.
Next Steps
Kindly observe the time of pain and discomfort and the nature of pain, does the pain arise on chewing hot foods?, does the pain increase when you lie down? Is the pain continuous with episodes of severe pain? I would suggest you start with a course of antibiotics at the moment and I wouldn’t be able to recommend any at the moment since I don’t know your medical history.
Health Tips
Avoid hot foods and chewing from left side, unfortunately that’s the only tip I can suggest at this moment.
