Pain and burning sensation in left Ribs
My wife,39 yrs, feeling pain and burning sensation in the ribs of left breast since February 2025. After consultation with General physician, MD. She is  daigonised as Costochondritis pain as per Chest USG (Thickening Costochondrl junction of left  7,8,9 ribs) and prescribed mediines as Chymoral Forte, hyfenec Tablets. After couples of week she is getting same problem till the date. After that CT Scan, chest Xray PA view,  x ray thoracic spine AP and Lat ,  Mammography , both breast has done by another two genral physician and all the reports shows normal as Doctor said (General physician,MD, Pulmologist). We did echocardiography, Holter as per cardiologist suggestion. Reports are normal ,said cardiologist. Now we are in the situation for not taking right decision to go for  which Doctor and specialist. Now,  she is taking Chymoral Forte and Ultracet.

Stop Ultracet. Give her tab tramadol p, one every 8hours for 2 to 3 days. She should learn relaxation technique, as costochondritis is also caused due to stress. Share her results.

Its mostly bone related with backbone involvement. Prolonged anxiety can also show body symptoms.
