Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I've been feeling pain in the back around lower ribs and sometimes also in shoulder blades. Also I have not eaten any thing for last 26 hours because i am not feeling hungry. Also my bowels are disturbed for many days, if I eat spinach etc bowels are totally green also I need to attend toilet after sometime of meal. Also I have been very sensitive to greasy meals for last few years, i.e if paratha contains more oil I have a very bad feeling.

Male, 27, 6ft 180 and in good shape. While laying on my side or back I sometimes get this very sharp pain underneath my rib cage on the right side below my breast. It's a piercing pain and I cannot move and I can feel it when I breathe. I have to take short breaths until the pain goes away so that I can take a full breath. I workout 3-4x a week and never have this problem. Only when I'm laying down relaxing and it only happens once a week. Thoughts?

I have slightly pain in my RIB in sertain one point when I bend my back down , this pain I am having since past 10 days, I do workout in daily basis and my office work also 9 hours sitting work continuously, 2 days back I have done body massage so pain is better then before but today aging i am feeling slightly pain.. so please do the needful.

I am a girl age 28. I am having mild pain iny left abdomen just below the rib cage since 15 days. It seems some strain is there. When I sit for long time the pain extends to while left side of body . I feel heavy in head and not feeling fresh .I was taking medicine zerodol p for my back pain as prescribed by a doctor. Why this pain is occurring in abdomen.

Sharp persistent pain on sides of rib cage, particularly right side for 4months. Pain radiates towars upper and middle back. terribly increases while lying down. Also chest pain in deep breathing and coughing. tingling in right hand and right leg. Mild pain in left chest also. pain killer and hotpad did not work

Hi I am having severe pain inside some where in left rib cage. Upper abdominal. All reports are normal(ECG, X-Ray, TMT, Vitamin D, B12, Calcium, Endoscopy, Physiotherapy). Doctors says it is muscular pain but is it too much in my abdominal and at same point in back with shoulder and neck pain. Pain is very inside.

Hi I am having dull pain under right ribs and abdomen. I did blood tests (report attached,) which shows some elevated liver parameters. Also ultrasound reveals fatty liver non alcoholic. Can fatty liver cause pain? If yes what can be done to reduce pain?

I am getting pain in left shoulder and back side shoulder as well . I am doing physiotherapy excercises for that. Now I have started feeling pain in down left rib border. Pain is not continuous but I am getting intermittently. Can see some swelling and when touched feel the pain .. is it due to muscle strain from shoulder or some digestive internal organ issue ? I am feeling a sense of pain on my rib, exactly below the left breast. The pain is only when I move in a particular position; I am able to walk & sit comfortably with no sense of pain. But while I lie down in bed and try to get up or move; it pains a lot. I have applied pain relief sprays and balms; but no improvement. What could cause the pain? Can this be serious ?
