Pain in left back side shoulder and rib
I am getting pain in left shoulder and back side shoulder as well . I am doing physiotherapy excercises for that. Now I have started feeling pain in down left rib border. Pain is not continuous but I am getting intermittently. Can see some swelling and when touched feel the pain .. is it due to muscle strain from shoulder or some digestive internal organ issue ? To whom should I consult now ? Gastric doctor or physiotherapist?

You should consult online or in person with the physical therapist, there is nothing to worry about the pain, it is just due to muscle issue or trigger points which needs to be assessed properly for proper treatment suggestion.
