Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi as I have already posted my problem earlier and it was answered by ma'am. I have swollen vagina since two month and I m very afraid. As I have said that there is no pain, no irritation, no discharge and I dont have any discomfort while sitting , walking and while urination. Ma' am said that it may be cyst but and may require surgery until it may grow large in size and have pain and I realy dont known what to do. Please suggest me something. My periods are normal. Everything is normal only 2 cm of outside the vagina is swollen on one side.i dont want to go for surgery. Please help me...

I have done sonography of neck. It shows cervical lymphadenopathy. I am facing dry throat and feeling tightness. It is since from aug21. Two times visited ent doctor but remains same. Pls find attached sonography report. Facing pain in the morning upto the lunch. After lunch feels better for some time. Again it is started. Sometimes feeling pulling sensation at the left side of end of ribs. Dry throat facing sincec 6 months. But I had covid in sept20. From that time I am facing neck pain,left side chest pain and now cervical lymphadenopathy Please help. I have done all the test endoscopy,mammography then 4 time blood report. Xray of neck. Two times sonography of abdomen. Now when pain is started nose blocked and I can see polyps there. Covid ke bad kuch na kuch Hamesha ho raha hai. I am really frustrated and scared also. Just doctor ne jo being bataya Maine test kiye treatment liye but kuch na kuch to ho raha hai. Anybody can tell me about attached report.

*CURRENT PROBLEMS: Since 3 months having Mild Constant pain/feeling of pressure on right abdomen just below right ribs and around the waist. Also having constant bloating(feeling like stomach is under pressure all the time).All problems increase with sitting and make sitting extremely uncomfortable. *STARTING: All these digestive issues started 5 months ago after I took antacids and PPIs for 2-3 weeks for suspected Heartburn after a consultation. Got constipated in this period and acid reflux actually started. Now I think I never had Heartburn/regurgitation but the chest pain was just due to low vitamin d levels. After that had another consultation and took rifaximin antibiotic for SIBO along with pre and probiotics for 10 days, didn't help either. *BONE PAIN: Tailbone pain started 2 years ago which increased over time. Got vitamin d levels tested 2 months ago at 24ng/mL and took 10000iu/week vitamin d for 2 months(till now). Pain has decreased.

I was diag with Costochondritis 1 yr back (pain in left bottom ribs and upper left back - btw shoulder pad and spine).Was given vit D inj and physio. Since no improvement, tried homeopathy and have since seen improvement. Started going out in the sun more often and also tried losing weight through diet control. Vit D moved from 10 to 30.5. 3 months back i started having pins and needles mostly legs. Then took B12 test (186) and been taking medicines (ropark, renerve inj, gabawin). I continue to have pins every day. The questions I am seeking help for: 1. How long does it take Pins/needles to go away. I have completed 1 month of medication. 2. Should i worry that i have something bigger (auto-immune disorder, skin cancer etc). What tests can i take to rule these out? 3. Could there be a spinal problem that is causing the costo and pins? Xrays did not show any spinal problem. 4. Taking food seems to relieve me quickly from pins as well as costo. Is there a gastro connection?

Gender:Male,Age:37,Weight:90Kgs. 1.While Urinating Burning Sensation(Color is Dark). 2.Abdominal Cramps_ Mild(Center Right& Left), &Bloating & Stomach full Symptoms almost a month now and little pain in the ear. 3.Ribs are paining-Mild :Was sleeping on the hard surface/floor for 3-4 days after that seen this issue. 4.Don't have fever, cough, runny nose. 5.As on date not a diabetic patient but in family we do have a history of this. 6.Due to the lockdown not able to visit the Doctor. All the above symptoms are mild only. Medical History: 7.Exactly year back got sharp abdominal pain in the morning went to Hospital got ok in couple of hours 3-4 hours after that not seen this above symptoms. 8.Pre existing:CSF nasal leak operation around 5 Yrs back(in 2015)which was successful _currently no issues. Tremors (My head and body shakes internally all the time, I just feel it) Vibrating sensation Burning sensation Pins n needles Tingling sensation Numbness all over especially in legs n feet Sensitivity to sounds, clogged ears Dry mouth Irritability Fear being alone Heart beat increases even when I don't strain much. Tenderness in chest, ribs - chest bone knuckles n pops at times. Collar bone pops when lifting my hand. Back muscles cramps while stretching with heavy pain. Worried and depressed all the time. get panic attacks too.

I've had this poor health condition for over a year now. About a year ago I traveled to a few different places away from where I live and I fell I'll immediately. Since that sickness I've not regained myself. I took malaria, thyroid function test, HIV, glucose level, hepatitis A B C, FCB, All these test came out fine. I noticed I've been battling with yeast infection most of my life. My inner thigh and scrotum is always itchy. Recently I consulted ​a doctor who suggested​ I must have visited a place during my travels which is polluted, thereby exposing me to lung infections like pneumonia. Judging from the signs I've  noticed lately such as excess weight loss, pale skin, lower rib n chest pain, wheezing while breathing, chills and night sweats. Also stiff neck and migraine, bloody phlegm. He prescribed treating fungul pneumonia judging from my years of yeast infection. I need help with the right advice and prescription for fungal pneumonia​?

Findings: Anatomy: There are 5 non-rib bearing lumbar type vertebra. Alignment:Lumbar spine maintains normal alignment. No spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis. Vertebral Bodies: Vertebral body heights are maintained, no acute osseous finding. Lumbar spine chronic changes: No significant osseous degenerative changes. Disk Spaces: Mild intervertebral disc height loss at L5-S1. Sacroiliac Joints: Unremarkable. Hips: No dislocation or subluxation. No focal periosteal reaction or cortical thickening. Paraspinal Soft Tissues: Unremarkable. Impression: Mild intervertebral disc height loss at L5-S1. Otherwise unremarkable radiographs of the lumbar spine and pelvis.

I hv done some test 2d echo, ECG, TMT stress test. All test are normal. Colestorel is 158 BP also normal 120/80. Calcium and Alkaline phosphatase are also under limits. CBC total blood count, sugar, urine test all are good. Doc told me nothing happened with u. But still I m feeling chest pain, back pain exact opposite of heart and pain in ribs. After dinner feeling very uneasy. My office timing is evening 5 pm to night 3 am. When I tried to sleep in night I m feeling very stress and uneasy. In 2d echo test hearts compatibility is 64% and blood circulations are normal. I already quite smoking since last 8 months. I take two times tabaco in a day. I m trying to quite tabaco. Now i m doing few exercise on regular basis. It might be some phycologist effect bcoz we lost one of our colic in my office. Could you please advise to me is there any chance to hearth stroke in this case ? And what precautions will be take by me ? Appreciate your help...!!!
