Vitamin d deficiency causes anxiety?
My symptoms. 24/7 : Tired all the day, extreme Fatigue Headaches Fear of being alone Full body pain (neck, shoulder, back, knee, arms, ankle, hands, fingers, wrists ) Chest pain (sharp shooting pain, muscle twitching) Muscle spasms n muscle twitching all over the body. Walking trouble, difficulty walking, wobbly legs, shaking sensation while walking,fear of falling. Dizziness, blurred vision, eye floaters. IBS symptoms Fear of Impending doom. Tremors (My head and body shakes internally all the time, I just feel it) Vibrating sensation Burning sensation Pins n needles Tingling sensation Numbness all over especially in legs n feet Sensitivity to sounds, clogged ears Dry mouth Irritability Fear being alone Heart beat increases even when I don't strain much. Tenderness in chest, ribs - chest bone knuckles n pops at times. Collar bone pops when lifting my hand. Back muscles cramps while stretching with heavy pain. Worried and depressed all the time. get panic attacks too.

Hi This not vitamin d deficiencies..... You have somatic syndrome Start cbt n medication

These are the symptoms of psychosomatic disorder. Please consult a psychiatrist to get rid of it. Vitamin D3 deficiency may cause some of the symptoms as above but at this level. All the best
