Get personality test done (MMPI or MCMI and nothing else) and then speak to a psychiatrist. You will get the answers to your concerns

Greetings You are presenting partly as an introvert nature. Do you have difficulty initiating a conversation or communicating in group or to your senior or any authority? Same way is shivering and over thinking about anything aNd evrything These are one of the few questions to understand you need to be known. I am not sure if doctors couldn't diagnose or you weren't happy with diagnosis. Get an personality assessment (MCMI) done and contact a psychiatrist for further management Thank you
