Question about vitamins and serotonin
Hi! I have a vitamin D deficiency so now I am taking the vitamin D supplement. Is it ok to take it while also taking SSRI medication to boost serotonin levels? Or could it cause serotonin syndrome for me?

Hello, vitamin d does not cause seretonin syndrome. You can definitel take these with ssri. Thanks and take care.
