Since from last 2 1/2 years(during delta wave) I am in excess stress from some reason.i always feel fear,anxious n tired . But I overcome to some extent by doing meditation n spiritually(Hanuman chalisa) but still it's tr.running thoughts makes me worst n once it's start n my mind starts running n spinning.i feel so discomfort n my back head muscles become tight n pain starts n my eyes become weak like blurry n feels like my head ll blasts.that time I ll go to directly bed to control thoughts but I can't.pls tel me head excercise to relieve pain n foggy thought. Is it damages my head nerves? Pls help

My third molar is impacted and deeply sitted inside gums, mesioangular ! But it does GIVE me a weird sensation and constant discomfort in that area! Pain on palpapatation Constant dull ache in its surrounding areas, jaw on that side etc! Dentists have different opinions! Some says extraction, some says its too deep inside to give me troubles! What to do? Why do we not have a common opinion on a particular problem? It confuses the patient all the more & lead to further anxiety and a total waste of money! Treatment / daignosis given: Extraction Curritage Deep scaling Leave it as it is Physiological Cheek blowing excersice Warm saline rinses Gels/ painkillers ! I mean it's useless how a patient has been diverted constantly and dentists not coming to a conclusion! Also pls note : that i've taken multiple opinions and shown myself physically to many! So there's no question of contacting more practitioners! P.s - a disappointed patient !

I had been experiencing acute back pain for 2 days . last night I was having my dinner sitting cross legged on my bed . after completing my dinner when I stood up on the bed with my legs crossed and felt some thing unusual in my lower back cant really confirm if it was pain or strain maybe mixed . I ignored it and got down of my bad and the next thing I noticed is that I was having pain in my lower middle back and I wasnt able to walk . the pain spiked . and it was discomforting to change positions while sleeping or even to move . after sleeping for 7 hours it wasnt painful to change the positions or to move . but i do experience pain and strain when i sit or walk for a longer time than few minutes . and also going from sitting to standing or vice versa is painful Please also note that I'm not overweight

I'm currently 13w3d pregnant. I just got a preventative cervical cerclage + arabin pessary placed 3 days back due to my history of miscarriage at 17 weeks due to incompetent cervix last pregnancy. Currently I'm having lots of thick jelly like brown discharge which i feel has increased from the last two days. I has a scan after the procedure and the cervix was measuring 3.3cm and internal os was closed. I also have a polyp in the upper part of my cervical canal measuring 11x4mm and also mild fluid in the endocervical canal. my doctor said they wouldn't risk removing it now and will take care of it post delivery. My question is how much discharge is normal and when should i go see doctor because I don't know how much of this discharge is normal. I'm also having pelvic cramps and discomfort that comes and goes past 3 days post the procedure but it has reduced today.

There Is A Swelling Below abdomen. Near Appendix. Due To Swellng It Pains very little while walking when I checked by pressing abdomen it has some swollen pipe type and I am having right side hip pain also and right testicle also pains with some extra thickness something is coming down in my right testicle due to that my right testicle slightly rotating in horizontal position i fee discomfort when I press swollen area my right testicle can feel pressure pain No Blood bowel Daily 2 times bowel movement No habit of drinking smoking no family history of cancer n colon cancer age 22I feel like Inguinal Hernia. Is this Hernia of Crohn Disease or colon cancer I am very much tensed I have fever all the times which comes and goes automatically And have acidity gastric problem And I experience pain in pubic and groin are with tingling n numbness of right Leg n testicle with thigh pain what is this??

I was experiencing anal discomfort. I visited a doctor who has diagnosed my problem as Anal Ulcer. Added to it, i have burnt myself in the anal area, including the ulcer, while doing the hot sitz bath as a home remedy. On probing my history, the doctor concluded that i might have gotten the ulcer after consuming Sodox Antioxidant capsule on an empty stomach for 3 days. He's now given me painkillers, antibiotics, deworming taken, and nutrifiber for stools. He's asked me to take a cold sitz bath if required. He's suggested not to use any ointment over the ulcer, so it heals naturally. My question is, can Sodox Antioxidant capsule on an empty stomach give ulcers in the anal area? How long will this take to heal? Will keeping the ulcer area dry help heal faster as i am scared that a heavy fart on dry ulcer can hurt more (i am currently bloated due to wrong medication and hence the forced gas)

From the last 3 days, i am having heaviness in lower abdomen either in left side or either in right side. But most of the time i felt right sided heaviness in lower abdomen. Today i felt firstly on left sided, then after having lunch slowly it had turned to right sided lower abdomen, i felt heaviness in right lower abdomen, heaviness in right side throat, burping increased, which gave me some relaxation. All was fine till 1 hour before, suddenly i had to go downstairs from my 2nd floor office, so got my work done at the ground floor, and returned to my office after climbing the stairs. Within a few minutes i felt some uneasiness, nervous and i felt very discomfortness all over the body, i felt i am out of control, getting alots of burping and uncontrollable tensions. Now i am feeling light normal, but facing only heaviness in right lower abdomen. Panic attack is now normal. But i do not know why it happened suddenly, i am not in depression or anxious.Please guide me.

I am 34years old female,mother of 4yrs old. its been 5days ,i am taking levipil 500 2twice daily and lobazam 5 once daily as prescribed by neurologist. i had seizure attack few days back and EEG report shows background which consists of 4-6Hz, theta activity, mixed with 8-9hz alpha activity bilaterally. shows generalized sharp wave discharges . so these medicines were prescribed by doctor. it makes me feel dizzy drowsy. but today at noon suddenly i felt a like my head is spinning little bit for 2 to 3 seconds only, which was controlable. other than that i didn't feel any discomfort  till now.So i was just concerned that if it is due to the medicines adjustments with my body or something to worry. should i tell this to my doctor. thanks in advance

Hi dr. I am suffering with stomach issues for 1 year now. M better but not back to normal. M attaching my reports so please kindly tell me what could this be. Colonoscopy report. Other cbc crp lft kft urine ultrasound fecal calprotectin mr entorography are all normal but this mr enterography test i did after a year of my colonoscopy. I am a very anxious person went to alot of doctors they told me its ibs and not to worry. Now my symptoms are bit of stomach discomfort and sometimes mucus in stool i go to the washroom once or twice yes before it was bad but after the course of xifaxin 550 im doing better. Please give me an ans what could this diagnosis be. Eosinophilic colitis,ibs or sibo? but doctor told me eosinophils normally be present in colon all this happened after an episode of giardia lamblia. And yes having brain fog i feel fatigued morning and nights are like my day wr i feel i am completely awake. I was on clonazepam but left. Yes and tested for celiac, hpylori all negative .
