Colonoscopy report
Hi dr. I am suffering with stomach issues for 1 year now. M better but not back to normal. M attaching my reports so please kindly tell me what could this be. Colonoscopy report. Other cbc crp lft kft urine ultrasound fecal calprotectin mr entorography are all normal but this mr enterography test i did after a year of my colonoscopy. I am a very anxious person went to alot of doctors they told me its ibs and not to worry. Now my symptoms are bit of stomach discomfort and sometimes mucus in stool i go to the washroom once or twice yes before it was bad but after the course of xifaxin 550 im doing better. Please give me an ans what could this diagnosis be. Eosinophilic colitis,ibs or sibo? but doctor told me eosinophils normally be present in colon all this happened after an episode of giardia lamblia. And yes having brain fog i feel fatigued morning and nights are like my day wr i feel i am completely awake. I was on clonazepam but left. Yes and tested for celiac, hpylori all negative .

You should get upper gi endoscopy with gastric and duodenal biopsy to look for eosinophilic Gastroenteritis.If reported normal ,then your diagnosis is Functional Dyspepsia overlap with IBS
