Eat foods high in B-vitamins, calcium, and magnesium, such as almonds, beans, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables
Avoid refined foods such as white breads, pastas, and especially sugar.
Eat fewer red meats and more lean meats,
Eat beans for protein
