Per day min 15 cigarette n on weekends it goes till 25-30. Smokes from past 14 years. Pitch Black sputum while brushing teeth from 2years. Complaints of frequent discomfort in heart region. Says heart is beating fast. Says left side of the lungs is vibrating sort of feel n as if someone is punching the lungs from inside out direction. Has IceCream almost every night. Worried a lot as from one week he is talking in such a way that he knows he will die within months. Kindly help me to  help my friend

I've been having lower back pain after sitting for just a few hours. Though the pain is mild it causes discomfort which starts a few minutes after i sit. I am just 17 years old and I am really worried. 2 months back i was travelling and was sitting in an auto in a very uncomfortable postion with a heavy bag on my lap. I sat just for half hour but i felt pain just after 5-10 minutes. It waas very strong pain and i believe that was the cause. After that day i have not been able to sit long hours

I hv horrible frequent urination which is badly disturbing my daily life for more than 7 years. Many times After passing urine, again I have urgency within seconds or minutes and feel discomfort in pelvis area. Feel tired and week every time even after sleeping of 8 hrs. I hv consulted many urologists and gone through all the urine and blood realted test's and all are normal. done pelvis ultrasound and the report is normal except unemptied bladder inspite of passing urine thrice during ultrasound and uroflowmetory also done which reports slow and disturbed speed of urine (copy enclosed). Now the urologist has suggested for cystoscopy which I want to avoid for any alternative if any plz advise me. thanks.

For about a year or 2, on and off I’ll have weird stomach problems not so much painful but a constant digesting feeling that’s acidy and causes me gas and discomfort. It also causes me to feel sick and I get high fevers mostly at night before I go to sleep when the digestive acid feeling is most active. I don’t eat sometimes and I avoid foods that cause gas or like acid build up. I’ve also drunk AloeVera and taken digestive pills which worked bc I think I have a gastritis or a digestive problem.

For the past 6 years I've been bleeding/spotting bright red blood from my rectum during my period. I've researched the issue and only found Endometriosis as a possible cause. I don't necessarily have pain or discomfort as the symptoms state but I can't disregard this anymore. I used to think the blood was migrating through the membrane of the vagina/rectum due to my 2 chemical abortions. I'm 27 and seriously worried about my ability to have children later in life. Hiii so I randomly got this like feeling in my eye like a little piece of dust went into it and it is just so irritating i finally opened my eye to like check and I see the eyelash stuck inside my eyelid it refuses to move it’s pretty long it’s about from the corner of of my left eye wrapping around my eyeball. I tried blinking, flushing it out with water, eye drops, a wet cotton swab, and I know it’s unsafe but I even tried tweezers. It is refusing to move and I can’t deal with this discomfort.

The roof of my mouth is completely milky white in color, the entirety of my mouth is veiny & looks slightly irritated, my tongue is pink but looks yeasty maybe? My throat is sore almost as if theres drainage & theres what looks like tiny yellowish colored spots on the back of my throat. Nothing scrapes off or comes off & it isn't unbearable just weird. Having body pain mainly back, neck and shoulders and sometimes chest (both sides). Pain is not too acute but feels like a burning sensation. Most not feel like joint/bone pain its more like a Muscle contraction/expansion causing discomfort Got my B12 and D 25 checked and was reported deficient on Vitamin D. B12 - 324 pg/ml D25 - 67.64 mnol/l My age is 37 years Could these be because of this deficiency. Please suggest some supplement to normalise it.
