I am experiencing an irritating throat problem from last 16-20 days! I feel to clear my throat,it feels like something is there in throat that's causing itchy throat,I am experiencing bloating,gas and severe acidity! Even when I eat food it gives me burning sensation in throat and then when I burp it gives me discomfort with burning sensation in throat! Sometimes I feel food is coming back but it is not! This scratchy throat is from 20 days !When I eat my food it appears like its sticking in throat and I try badly to dislodge my throat to feel comfortable but no relief.. I'm taking pantop 40 in early morning still the problem is same! Please suggest me some treatment for this🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello Doctor, I am a 28 year old lady. From last 2 months I am facing breathing difficulty (on and off ). ECG was normal but there was low RBC (9.8). I consulted doctor who gave me some antiallergic medicines but it was of no use. I suspect it to be allergic'coz it started during wheat harvesting. There is no wheezing also no discomfort during sleep. I feel as if long breath is hindered. Can allergic reactions be so long? No fever, no pain in throat during swallowing,no tonsils. Also, can PNS cause breathing difficulty? How to confirm if it is due to allergy? There is no ailment other than this. Thank you in advance.

I got a low grade fever of 99.5-99.6 last month on 18th of April for which I tried self medication of Ibugesic Plus and Augmentin for 3 days. After it didn't work I took a Practo consultation and the doctor prescribed Flexon, Cepodem, Lecope, and Neurobion. I was feeling well within a day. Now exactly after a month I again have the same thing. I have low grade fever of 99.1-99.4 and nothing else. When I rest it goes away without medication, when I am starting my daily activities it's coming back. I still took a felexon today when it increased to 99.5. And the only discomfort I feel even when I don't have a temperature is my hands and ears feel warm. What could be the reason? I am taking supplements and eating well but still falling sick. Is it weakened immunity?

As advised on doctor consultations , i am taking sompraz d 40(empty stomach), tricaine gel(thrice daily) and montec lc (bed) for last 2.5 weeks for gerd and throat irritations ,but still having frequent tendency to clear throat due to tickling and discomfort which is making me disturbed in day and difficult to sleep at night .The uncomfortable feel and urge to clear throat( by dry coughing or moving  throat)due to tickling , uneasiness is there more after meals till atleast next 4-5 hrs,it temporarily reduces the uneasiness by chewing vicks drops/ginger and water, I am drinking lots of water. Long use of these medicines are making me weak and diziness, please advise suitable medicine for same

Bilateral posterior cervical, submandibular lymph nodes more than 2 and half years... now recently few months ago bilateral supra clavicular nodes and swelling in both sides...all these nodes causing discomfort around my neck and sometimes pain too... now i'm feeling like swelling in armpit too ... no fever , or other symptoms... Checked many dctrs but I have no clue about what I'm going through ... this problem causing more stress... FNAC (1 year before) -> REACTIVE LYMPHADENTIS SMEAR TEST -> MILD MICROCYTOSIS CHEST XRAY -> BVM I read , that nodes in clavicle always malignant??? I don't know what to do ...Dctrs always says "nothing to worry" ... But day by day New nodes are coming, but there is no growth in older nodes ... Please help me in this...

I am taking isotretinoin since the past few months. I am currently in my 5th month of isotretinoin. It was not showing much effect, so my doctor increased the dose to 20mg day and 20mg night. In about 4-5 days I noticed that my hair is thinner. And then while watching about the side effects of isotretinoin I saw a video in which a person told that he experienced erectile dysfunction from isotretinoin. The next day I started facing the same issue. My dose was decreased to 20 mg/day(though I didn't tell him about my erection problems).I am still having erectile dysfunction since the past 5 days. This problem is giving me a lot of anxiety and depression. I have searched 100 of diseases that I can possibly have. I don't know if I should continue isotretinoin or not. The other side effects are: Stomach ache, difficulty digesting, testicular discomfort, dry throat, dry eyes, dry lips. Please help me, your answer can save my life.

Hi, 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with anal fissure and I've been using anovate and stool softener whenever it bleeds. From last 3 months I'm using anovate regularly before and after passing stool. It helped to relieve discomfort and helped passing stools. But today I noticed anal itching, redness, small cuts, blood and burning sensation. I applied anovate over it and it helped to relieve this for few hours but it returned again. I checked for anovate cream side effects and all my symptoms was mentioned in practo. I would like to know whether to discontinue or use something else to help heal this condition. Please help.

I have constant shortness of breath. I am having small meals however after every meal I feel bloated in the stomach. I have got my ECG, TMT, and Pulmonary test done, including all blood work and an ultrasound of the abdomen - everything is normal. However after meeting multiple doctors they have given me PanD 40mg and Vizylac tablets. I am not feeling any relief from the shortness of breath and discomfort in the abdomen but no pain anywhere. They have even added an anti anxiety tablet Alprax .25 twice a day. My symptoms persist with no relief. Due to Covid-19 I do not want to keep risking going to the hospital. Kindly diagnose the problem and suggest the medicines that could help. Thank you.

I am having a severe Hurnburn And Chest discomfort from Last 7 Days As Recommend By a General Physician I have done all types of test like ECG ,echo,trop t ,lft,cbc ,etc The pain increases Every afternoon And stays till late and Have a severe hurt burn.Couldnt eat anything Properly .Stopped all king of oily and spicy food from Last 3days but no Recovery.A lot of Burps And Constipated too.The pain radiates to left arm And hand ,right back and back of the chest .When the Hurt Burn Goes away in the morning The Muscles keep Paining Too .I am drinking a lot of water But still feels thirsty alot .Tongue turns White. Pls Tell me How I get some relief.

I have pain in my neck, shoulder, underarm and whole arm sometimes up to the wrist but mainly in triceps. Its all on the right side. I am also feeling little discomfort under the arm could be swelling but its not much visible but I can feel when pressing the arm on the side of chest. I looked and found that swelling could be lymph nodes but I don't have any other signs of infection. I did have typhoid sometime back but its been almost 2.5 months for that. I would go to a doctor physically but due to lockdown I would want to avoid if its not very serious. I would also like to mention that I've been working from home more than a month and since I dont have a work desk I've been sitting mostly on bed in awkward position lot of times. I also have pain in my thighs and had pain in calf sometime back. I just want to know if its anything serious enough to go to a doctor immediately under current circumstances. I also experience tingling in my hands sometimes.
