Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hello doctor, I am 22 years old. I had internal piles before that i had felt but hadn't diagnosed as it was not making any complication like bleeding. Now, i have a swelling since last 4 days near anus region and hurts badly while doing normal activities. Yesterday, i got a checkup from an ayurvedic dr who does surgery also. He told me that i have anal fistula. And yesterday night only, that fistula might got burst due to sleeping positions and the blood mixed with pus came out and swelling is reduced. Now I don't have much pain and slight discomfort is there due to the open wound. Now sometimes, a little pus is coming out. Should i take any antibiotic like metronidazole 400 or lizoforce 600 ? I have been told to undergo surgery after few days but before that should i take any antibiotics ? I have attached pics of anal region for better understanding. please advice. Thank you.

I'm bit confused about my condition.Im having headache when I'm in AC room,winter cold breeze,can't bear moderate cooling climat.Mosiquito repellents,crackers smoke,dust makes me sick. I did surgery to remove nasal polyps and deviated septum. After the surgery often got throat infection,a little bit of sweet,juice,ghee makes discomfort in throat on that day and following that I will develop fever,severe cough, headache ( pressure at back of eye and pain while rotating eye.. I'm exhausted of getting sick from childhood often on winter time. It affect my studies and peace. Help me to diagnose and treat it.

I was covid positive 19th Apr but now since last 5 days I have cough and chest heavy Ness issue.. sometimes deu to heaviness I feel sort breath..especially night time I can't sleep deu to have Ness nad some pain.. feel so discomfort..I chked with on dr.. he give me 5 days medicine and some test I have done .like blood and urine Nd x Ray.. I took 5 days medicine but .. still there is no recovery 😕 I feel the same like 6 days ago...now dr is asking to do again all.the test again to chk.. but I feel the same like day one.. wht should  I do?

Indigestion sour taste black stool rare mild discomfort in abdomen, Upper Endoscopy done report mild gastritis found. Colonoscopy done report erossive ileitis found but biposy report of that is normal. CBC done report normal, FOBT done report negative but there are undigested food in stool and bacteria present. LFT done report normal but SGPT is 41. Hb 13.1, tc dc normal. Attached prescription please read.

Hi .i got viral fever last week ..fever remains two - three days n than gone aftr medication n home remedies..now i hv feeling like stiff cold n discomfort in nasal breathing..m taking steam regularly ..inspite i have dry mouth n feeling like dry throat whole day n night with lil cough  ...should i get myself tested for covid or get treatment for cough n stiff cold..

I am having a skin issue for the past very long time , the issue generally occured during winter season when my skin is dry and when ever i washed my skin it turned all white and itchy , i have tried all sorts of moisturizers and it never worked. When ever i wash my face i feel my skin is all tighten up and dry and itchy. This issue previously used to occur in winter seasons specially but recently i am observing that this is happening in summer season as well. Like today only after my bath i felt very discomfort with my skin which has severly started giving me issues. I hope i can find the right help and solution for this . Thanks

I did have asthma 6 months ago and my asthma was well controlled basically it was due to dust allergy because a building was being constructed in front of my house...However after having Foracort 200 and Montair LC ...I forgot even that I did have allergy and My doctor told me to stop foracort 200 as I was feeling well...After stopping rotahaler it has been 10 days and then there was a lot of smoke oneday and I was exposed and right then I was feeling like my gums and throat were itching and oftentimes felt choking sensation ...I have started again taking rotacaps...Now after 2 days my discomfort is not going away totally ...What to do?I am scared the thing went away and I was living like a normal person now again I feel like my throat is itchy and coughing sensation...Literally this upsets me very much

It has been facing after marriage low interest in sex I have, though I want to do sex with my wife, my penis is not erect and if I try to enlarge my penis by masturbate it will again become loose. Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Weight is 104.5 KG & Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch. On Doctors Recommendations, I Started Walking For 20 Days. Some Veins Of My Left Foot & Right Foot Have Been Swollen For 6-7 Days. The Swollen Veins Are No Pain/Discoloratio/Discomfort. When I Give More Pressure On My Foot, The Swollen Veins Appear More Swollenly. When I Remove The Extra Pressure From The Leg or If I Do Not Give Over Pressure On The Legs, The Swollen Veins Appear, But Not Too Swollenly When I Over-Pressurized My Legs. I'm Also Giving A Picture Of The Affected Vains. Why The Vein is Swelling? What Should I Do Now To Get Rid From The Swollen Veins? Please Advice Me, Doctor. I Will Be Ever Grateful To You.

Hello I am Dev I am experiencing severe low back pain on both sides of spine...I am not sure the muscle, tissue is weak. When I walk for 10min I get pain and when I sit for sometime I am ok. Like wise when I sit for sometime and get up then initially it pains and when i walk the pain subsides. I tried doing back exercises but I am still experiencing discomfort. When I get up from bed after a sleep usually the right side of neck and shoulder pains and this pain is there from over a month. I am not sure the positioning of my sleep is inappropriate... Some suggested physio therapy will help. Hence seeking advice
