Hi Doctor, My sister has incisional hernia issue. She had a laparoscopic surgery 7 years before and now it seems it is again repeated. The latest report shows incisional hernia with defect size 2 cm , and with bowel herniating. She is planning to undergo surgery again need suggestions if open surgery is best or laparoscopic in future, so that recurrence won't happen. Request you to please provide the suggestion. And what are precautions to be taken in the future. She complaints about discomfort in stomach , pain and increased lower abdominal region. If we go for open surgery , will the problem won't recur in future. The first surgery she had was laparoscopic and at that time the defect size was around 7 cm... please suggest

I don't know exact problem, I think it's surely related to stomach! Whenever I Eat I Feel Tiredness sleepiness after I eat! and also I can feel/hear my heart beat through chest it's not fast beat it's a heavy beat! Somedays I feel good and somedays I feel very tired and sleepy during the day after I eat. I feel little very mild pain or discomfort in stomach! Is this really related stomach problem? Or related to heart problem? Is this anything serious? How can I find the exact problem/doctor? What should I do next?? Help me I'm experiencing this from from 1 st lockdown I can't be able to visit any Hospitals! Help me!

I've been masturbating since 2008-2019 on an average once daily. Smoking average 3 cigarettes in a day since 2014-2019. Having sex from 2017 till date. Haven't been taking proper sleep since last 2 yrs. And somehow I'm not having a morning wood like usual from 2018. But all of a sudden during 2018 August, I have started feeling mild pain/discomfort in the left side of penis glans an shaft after my first ejaculation of the day which persists for about 3-4 days. This pain occurs only after I had 1st sex of the day , the pain starts with some pain or with a feel of fatigue. There are completely no issues with the erection, it's the same like first one but with a pain and fatigue now which makes it very uncomfortable. No issues at all while peeing, even when flaccid.

Experiencing bloating for the past few months. Bloating increases as the day progresses and stomach Looks as it is pumped up all the time and causes severe discomfort throughout the day. Loose stools all the time (at least 2 to 3 times a day). I have Consulted a gastroenterologist online two weeks back and he diagnosed it as IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and prescribed PROVIDAC for 1 week and Neksium 40 mg for 2 weeks. The course has been completed and I didn't see any betterment in it could you please diagnose my problem and find a solution to it.

On 9th of March I got my period and it ended on 13th of March. The very next week I had to have the emergency contraceptive pill (i-Pill) twice (in the gap of 2 days) as a precaution after intercourse. I got period again on 23rd of that month. It lasted for 3 days. There was no other discomfort. Like no severe pain or anything. Except the normal cramps that happen during every period. This month, I haven't got my period yet. I am not sure when it will come since I got period twice last month, I can't track it properly now. I have been getting slight lower stomach cramps for past one week. There was also spotting (brownish red color) yesterday. Also, I have been experiencing jaw line acne for past 2-3 months. I can't figure out what's going in my body. Please help. Am I pregnant or is it any hormonal issues/changes that's happening in my body?

Getting discomfort uneasiness in chest like breathlessness, fast heart beat, nervousness, sweating, shoulder pain, very uncomfortable feeling i get scared every time it happens all negative thoughts will be coming in my mind.. Plz doctor help me out what to do to come out of it asap.. Recently before lockdown i visited cardiologist for same problem he said to get 3 tests - tmt, ecg, echo.. Did the tests and showed to doctor he said reports are ok.. But why am i getting this problem again n again plz doctor plz give me the solution to get out of this plz.. I have no other health problems everything is normal like diabetes, BP.. Should i get any further tests done? Should i take any ayurvedic medicines to calm down and not think negatively..

Discomfort in stomach, cold sweat during night, waking up in midnight with cold sweat, feeling weak sometimes, Anxiety, overthinking, feel like indigestion often, chest pain appeared twice like pressure or may b due to gastric, headache sometimes i think twice, all these symptoms were there till 2 months before, once took gastric injection by doctor during night as i felt indigestion and weak, Light Headedness, they said gastric, now these symptoms are less but gastric i feel symptoms are there like unable to burp, feeling like vomiting but doesn't come...worried if heart related or only due to gastric? Pls help

Ever since I remember,my urination has been incontinuous,that is,there would be a strong stream initially,and by the end it would slow down and I would have to apply some pressure to empty a little more. I also have to urinate frequently,and a little urine remains and comes drop by drop once or twice after urination. Till now, I had always thought that this is nothing serious, but my elder brother had the same issue. I searched up on internet and came to know that it might be bph. After ejaculation, semen also appears to be yellow. Apart from this, I do not have any problem urinating, the problem at the end is hardly a bother and I do not feel any pain or discomfort while urinating,which is why I did not do anything about this problem for years,I thought it is no issue and completely normal. I also dont have any pain during ejaculation.My brother has urine leakage issue, for me, leakage only happens after urination, a few drops. I hope this is not serious,kindly advise,thanks.

Hello doctors, Good day! I have a question about bat related rabies in India. I noticed two small puncture marks (similar to those in the picture attached) on my thumb about 20 days ago.... I don't know or remember how they were caused. When I did some research on the internet, some sources referred to it as a bat bite wound (which has got me deeply confused). The wound has completely healed now and I don't experience any discomfort (like redness/swelling/irritation). But I am concerned so much about what happened. Also, I had taken 5 doses of Abhayrab last month without the RIG. Will this protect me from future rabies infections. If so, how long? And should I worry about those puncture marks? And is bat rabies common in India? I don't think there are any bats in my room... Am I safe? Please help me. Thanks in advance, Gokul A.

After almost 3 yrs of my treatment for tmd (splint +braces) my orthodontist told me that now my bite is almost aligned and now I can talk, laugh or eat moderately hard food as much as I want. but before doing these activities I always fear thinking they will make worse my tmj problem as my occlusion is not totally stable and I don't get any force by my jaw muscles to do such activities effortlessly as my jaw muscles are tight even now. Is feeling such type of discomfort is normal? Can our lower jaw move back beyond its normal and stable position( because I have  observed that my lower is moving back during the bite correction phase through braces)? Can I talk, laugh or eat anything without any worry? Please tell me what should I do now... Please help me 🙏. My post tmj x-ray is given...
