The doc said the back of my throat is red and gave me the medication.Thanks

It started last Tuesday night, I drank iced cafe mocha and caramel macchiato iced. Even before I'm already feeling like stomach pains like the feeling of constipation which is also uncomfortable. I have been having a having backache i.e. pain in muscles hence discomfort in movement of arms. Also I cannot easily bend down or sit cross-legged. 2 years ago I had noticed a relatively small lump under my scrotum. For the most, little to no pain or discomfort coming from the lump. Checked out by doctors tell me it's nothing to be concerned about and I can move on. This past Saturday, the lump became inflamed and start causing excruciating pain. I can't stand or walk for more than 10 seconds without having to sit or lay down. I started clindamycin on Tuesday and there has been no progress.

For over a month I have had urge to urinare quite severely and pain while urinating. I went to the doctors and was treated for thrush. I rang up a week later and the test had been negative but I assumed it was because of the previous treatment. 2 weeks on and I've still had the pain and discomfort. But tonight the urge has become more painful, I've had to rush to the toilet almost immediately after needing to go and I have a strong stabbing pain in my abdomen. I am feeling cold when I'm warm.

I have been having a regular pain in one of my testicles. Currently i am in united states and will be back in india ,noida by 30th September. I visited a urologist here and he found nothing in ultrsound and then order me have a cat scan done which i did. And in cat scan he found nothing again. He said he is not sure why is there a problem. Can you please help me with this because i am still in discomfort. Sometimes i have swelling in one testicle too. I can visit the clininc on 1st October in noida. The medicines which i have taken as of now are toradol. Please help.
