Kindly help me doctors, I have breathing difficulties from last 2 years dr said it is brochitis, when I inhale the air is not reaching to my lung, after 4 to 5 attempts of inhale from mouth I get relief but now I get mild chest pain, cough and discomfort chest like pressure or tightness it makes me anxiety and my body get cold . Please tell me what it is and  what treatment should I take Please help me thank you .

I haven't been sexually active since august 2022 and i've always been getting my period everymonth on time . There hasn't been any changes in the bleeding pattern or anything. It has always been a 5 day period but in December I was 10 days late . When that period came it was also a 5 day bleeding . Is it possible that I have a cryptic pregnancy. I had a fever on Sunday but it went away after taking a paracetamol. Since then I have a sore throat and headache. My mother has several red itchy spots and few bumps on her skin all over her body. Conducted test on 4th day of fever. NS1, IgG negative but IgM positive. Fever in range of 100. Platelet count ok. Slight weakness, pain eye socket area. On 6th day, facial swelling and slight abdominal discomfort and pain . Rashed on almost entire body. Am I on path to recovery?

I have had varicocele since a long period of time recently the testicle on right become enlarged although it doesn't cause pain only while touching it pains .
