Conducted test on 4th day of fever. NS1, IgG negative but IgM positive. Fever in range of 100. Platelet count ok. Slight weakness, pain eye socket area. On 6th day, facial swelling and slight abdominal discomfort and pain . Rashed on almost entire body. Am I on path to recovery?

Do serial monitoring of Platelet count. Drink plenty of fluids. As you said, you’re on recovery period.
Any drop in platelet count need attention.

These are the symptoms of Dengue fever.
Don't panic.
Drink lots of oral fluids 4 to 5 litres.
If fever take tab Dolo 650mg sos.
Repeat CBC alternate days.
If platelets dropped below 1lac then get admitted or if any bleeding tendencies then get admitted.
According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like Dengue.
In Dengue you should take best treatment as with best medicine with 4-5 litre water to recover fast .

1-Capsule-Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 1 week.
2-Tablet-Azithromycin 500 mg 1 time per day for 5 day .
3-Capsule-Vizylac 1 time per day for 5 day with Azithromycin.
4- Tablet -Platimax 3 time per day for 1 week for platlet .
5-Powder-Electral as mix 1 packet in 1 litre water with 70 g glucose (if you r not diabetic) and drink it to mantain the plasma fluid.
6- Capsule- Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week for strength and immunity.
