In case of high grade fever 101and beyond not reducing on medicines you can visit casualty
Your reports don’t strongly confirm dengue or typhoid. Fever can stay for 1–2 weeks after infections. Keep taking the prescribed medicines, drink plenty of fluids, eat light food, and rest well. Check temperature and repeat blood tests if fever rises, new symptoms appear, or it lasts more than 7–10 days
From your reports it seems that you have only Typhoid and not Dengue.
You should consult a good General Physician in your area. Your treatment should be under one Doctor.

1 day is too soon to see the response to antibiotic, it may take 2 to 3 days for response to begin.
Take paracetamol 500mg, every 6 to 8 hours, do some tepid sponging to bring down high fever.
Add
Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days. Montek lc one at night for 3to5 days.
You need 7 to 10 days.
Diet is very important. Mainly liquid with semiliquid Khichdi porridge poha Upma.
Liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk.
Rest
Avoid sunlight.
Drink plenty of oral fluids ,as dengue is a viral fever need only supportive treatment and regular platelet monitoring is required....some times fever may take 5 to 7day to subside.
