Hi doctor, I suffer from severe anxiety in workplace which is causing huge discomfort in personal life. I am a management professional and my work requires alot of demo and presentation. I am comfortable when speaking to some people but when I am asked to present in front of large group, I get so nervous to the point that my mind goes blank and I do stupid things. It is stopping my career growth as well. I need help urgently. Thank you in advance.

For the past 4-5 days, My throat feels sort of suffocated. I cannot explain it properly, but below the Adam's apple, I feel that area closing in. I am slightly overweight and have a layer of neck fat in that area. I feel no pain at all, just discomfort in that area. No fever, or allergies, or snoring problems as such. I am 166 cm, 67 kgs. Does that have anything to do with it? My 14 days of Covid ended on 7th May, if that's relevant. Could it be acidity or something? What can be the reason? Thank you.

On 19th may i got vaccinated there were usual symtopms at beginning but since yesterday i am feeling little discomfort in eyes after using couple of hour of phone and bit head heaviness on one side...which tends to go away after sometine and comeback ...on and off scenario is this side effects or should i go for doctor Ps..last year i felt same condition since my vitamid d count was very low and there has been a long battle of anxiety...which has started after this vaccination What should i do

I am covid recovered . i am getting so much gas and stomach discomfort. i am in little anxiety as my father passed away due to covid . whenever i stress my stomach starts ache and at times migraine also actives . taking colspa x and bifilac hp . when i quit medicine and take stress pain and too much gas comes back . anything to worry ?

I am having aproblem of bleeding when i am going for stool , with  less stool high liquid red blood is coming & so therefore i have go to toilet for stool for many times & i feel discomfort. My 3 year old daughter has swallowed a mid sized plastic button accidentally a day back.None of us has seen her swallowing that button she herself told us that she did this. She is not showing any symptom of discomfort. After this happened we made her drink alot of water. Today that button hasn't came out in stool. Should we wait for the button to come in stool or  consult the doctor.

Left ear blocked. General physician prescribed Ziffy 200mg for 3 days and Soliwax drops for 15 days, a month ago. Ear still blocked. I can hear a ringing and rushing sound along with slight pressure. The block clears slightly for a few minutes when I put the drops but comes back after a while. No pain, just discomfort. Can hear from the ear but altered because of the block. Please help me. Is this tinnitus or something serious?

I had a fever from 5th to 9 th may after that i am experiencing breathlessness. I showed to our local doctor he checked my chest xray and said everything's fine...but after 3 days i suddenly find that same discomfort in breathing my nose is partially blocked due to that i am facing a little uneasy. My mother 58 yrs old, Is having dry cough from past 20 days. Last month She got viral fever (not covid) and had cough with phlegm. Fever and phlegm are gone. And now she has dry cough. And no other symptoms. No discomfort. Nothing. She is type 2 diabetic since 3 years . Already gave azithromycin 5 day course. Citrizen for 3 days with cough syrups. But the dry cough isn't subsiding.
