Hi, For the last 4 days I am having tickling sensation in my penis, which goes away for sometime after urination. So I increased water consumption but that led to very frequent urination and finally slight buring sensation in penis. I am having a dull pain and discomfort in mid back slightly right too. Can it be due to kidney disease or infection ? Please advise. Other info: Age 26, Male, 175cm height, 62kg weight, non smoker, non alcoholic.

Good morning, Dr. My medication is ending tomorrow. My acidity is not so acute now. But I get discomfort after consuming food. I feel my stomach is getting filled with gas and it is subsiding gradually. I haven't undergone Endoscopy test yet. Please advise if I should continue the medication. Also please let me know if I should go for Endoscopy test. Am a bit worried if Endoscopy tears the lining of my stomach.. Regards AMRESH B N

I have severe bloating starting afternoon time and sometimes abdomen gets painfully tight, then everything goes away in morning after a bowel movement for few hours and i feel great and light. I have been trying to make diet changes, taking mucaine gel still not able to figure out what will give relief. Can calcium/iron supplements also cause bloating and gas? If i remove all gas causing food, i feel i dont have anything nutritious to eat as i am a vegetarian. Kindly let me know your suggestions or please let me know if nothing much can be done about bloating and gas discomforts?

Am facing this kind of hotness in body that comes and goes for nearly 2 months now. Body feels warm especially in neck, forehead and inner thighs. But temperature in thermometer always shows below 98.6 when taken orally. Have done all blood tests, thyroid tests, chest x ray, ultrasound of whole Abdomen and usg neck. Everything was normal. No appetite or weight loss. But am having some continuous discomfort in upper right abdomen. Not able to understand why it's happening. Please help.

Hi, I have learnt that Hsg test is done in a radiology lab n a series of x ray is taken in the process. But my doctor performed the test with me in a normal room without any x rays taken. I can feel the discomfort when the dye was injected n the cramps associated with it. I felt dizzy for a while after the process but it only lasted for 2 mins for so. The report of the test mentioned " Free Flow" and that's all. Can a doctor knows the tubes just like that? I dnt wanna take another hsg test. Please help me understand 🙏.

I had phimosis since childhood. It has been 10 days since I had a circumcision with SA stiches. My glans is hypersensitive and the stitches till hurt. I can wear underwear with a bit of discomfort but I cannot bear the touch of fingers. I need to sponge the water with a piece of cotton cloth after taking a bath in order to keep it dry, but even the slightest rub or pressure from the cloth gives me very pain. Is there any way to lose sensitivity? I am very anxious regarding how long I would have to wait more before things become normal.

I went through follicle study with FSH for initial five days and there were multiple follicles 16.5mm,17mm,18 mmm and few smaller than that around 12,13, took hcg 5000 on day 16. When checked on day 19 doctor said ruptured. But I have pelvic pain and discomfort from day I was given hcg till now (day 23). Why am I having that? Also, how many follicles would possibly be ruptured for me? I worried that those not ruptured might turned into cyst and causing pain. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello, I have a hard perianal abscess (4x4 cm) for the past 3 weeks. I do not have any pain but feeling mild discomfort when sitting. I visited a gastro surgeon nearby, but he told that it may not be possible to drain it completely at the moment as the abscess is indurated. He also prescribed Amoxicillin antibiotic tablet for 10 days. I still do not see any improvement in the past one week of medication. I'm afraid that it might spread. Please provide your valuable guidance on what treatment should be done to get rid of this abscess.

Hi.. I have few lymph nodes in neck from 6-7 months which gives the feeling of discomfort on and off. Attached is ultrasound report. I have completed the course of antibiotics ( augmentin 625 and chymoral forte) for 5 days.. but that doesn't seems to be helping. Kindly have a look in report and please suggest if it can be of any problem going onwards. Please suggest the next course of action. Thank you! P. S : I have tried other antibiotics also like zipod cv 200 , but it didn't suited me as I have acid reflux and gastritis issuse.
