Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hello Doctor, I start getting some discomfort in the upper center of chest which rises towards the neck and lower jaw whenever I do some minor physical work. This mostly happens during morning even if I walk for 10-15 minutes. Even after prescribed medication I do not see improvement in my health. My test reports do not suggest any blockage or calcification but I am concerned that their underlying cardio health problem or should I consult pulmonologist as well. Please suggest.I have attached the reports and prescriptions.

Today i did my cbc test and found my platelet count is 75000... but i don't have any other discomfort.. i am fit and fine. Doc gave me the test as a routine check up as i got some itchiness on my inner thigh... from september 1 to sept 10 I took cefuroxime axetil and potassium clavulanate tablet twice daily. Please help me why my platelet count is so low suddenly

Doctor I had chronic fissure with sentinal tag which has healed it is not causing me any pain itching or discomfort but my anus has become tight I am having problem during evacuation I can't evacuate properly. I went to surgeon and he told fissure is healed don't need surgery drink plenty of water. But I have problem during evacuation even when my stool is soft it don't come out properly. Is there any way to dilute it to normal size again without surgery.

My ankle was twisted a month back and had swelling with no pain so consulted doctor and xray was done..as per doctor no fracture n its ligament tear...I was on cast for 21 days which ended on 17 September 2021 however even now if I walk my ankle swelling up and pain on my leg and discomfort while walking...picture attached (today's pic)..is it anythng major wrong with my ankle  should I go for futher test and take second opinion or is it normal after cast removal and ignore it...kindly advise further

My baby girl is 2 months 7 days old and she has oral thrush as diagnosed by my pediatrician yesterday.. Sir prescribed candid mouth paint to be used twice in a day so I started applying it her today.. She has been crying only in the evenings since yesterday and also being drowsy and dull since yesterday.. Does thrush cause drowsiness and stomach discomfort also in baby? How many days should candid mouth paint be used for her? Please advise iam worried as she is not showing interest in feeding

I am facing issues with bloating after eating meal or if empty stomch make excessive Gas. I have done endoscopy but there was no issue. One of the tests shows fatty liver grade - 2 and it exists. Lot of discomfort after eating and stomach becomes to tight feels like it can't bloat anyfurther. Digestion  is another major issue. Urination is very frequent and daily I have to get up in late night for urination. Which medicine is recommended? Which foods to avoid and which are to be taken? Which execise is useful?

While having and usg scan for abdomen due to upper abdomen discomfort/pain doctor incidentally found 2.8mm gallbladder polyp in the anterior wall. With proper and healthy diet will it regress? And how do I know which type of polyp is that? I have been asked to repeat usg after 6 months though. It's asymptomatic. And can I take ayurvedic medicine or something or it doesn't help with this? Hello doctor, Actually one week ago, while exercising I had slight discomfort in my left bicep area. After one to two days after that incident I am not able to completely straighten my left hand and whenever I try to do that I have pain slight above elbow in bicep area and 10-15 cm beneath the elbow. There is no swelling or bruising or muscle migration of muscle to up or down . Does there is bicep tendon tear ? If yes can it be healed on it's own without any external help ?

I was diagnosed with bladder neck obstruction 4 months back. I'm not on medication... But since last 15 days I'm having pain and discomfort in my pubic and groin area.. it also travels to my lower stomach and lower back and testicles . I feel my urine pressure is quite normal..and there is no pain while urination. Frequent urination is there but not at all times. Are these symptoms related to BNO. or any other possibilities. Last night I got zandu Balm applied for my leg pain. I have touched it and later took a tablet with the same hand touching my lips and tongue. Later I felt some mild irritation on my tongue and relaized that I have consumed a bit of zandu Balm. In the middle of the night urination is painful. And feeling a little discomfort in the stomach. Is it dangerous, need to be worried? Please advise.
