Good Morning I am here to share you something serious.I have been  experiencing some discomfort for  past 2-3 days and today the pain was getting even more near ending of my rectum because of A lump,mole that has grown bigger which I found by touching the rectum ending with DIRTY fluids and other infection near the rectum ending area and I am not able to clean my stomach due to pain. PLEASE help me out as soon as possible🙏

My brother had a fever a week ago and later he observed a lump ( medium size) which is causing severe pain and discomfort in sitting & while going motion ( we're not sure if it's a heat boil ). we have consulted a general physician got medical advice with medication but still no progress and he is experiencing severe pain and unable to decide if it's serious and needs any treatment and not even sure who is the suitable doctor to treat it. I often feel like stool is still retained even after going to the toilet, and it causes discomfort and anxiety in daily life but I wanted to ask whether lactulose might be a better or gentler option for long-term management of my constipation and stool retention. Could you advise me on whether lactulose would be suitable and how it should be used safely in my case?

Hi After having dull pain under right abdomen, we did lft where total bilirubin was 1.2 and sgpt was slightly higher 77. Post diet changes over a month, sgpt came down to 61 plus improvement in discomfort. Now Total bilirubin increased to 1..32 (indirect value now is 0.89 from 0.78). All other markers like ggtp etc have also improved. Why did bilirubin increase post diet changes?

I have been experiencing a burning sensation in my vagina for a year. It feels as though the vagina is opening up or becoming distended, and I have a white discharge. I have consulted six different gynecologists, yet none of them seem to understand what is wrong. Although I do not experience any significant discomfort, I constantly feel this sensation of the vagina opening up or something moving outward. I even underwent a vaginal swab test, and the results came back normal. Please, can someone tell me what condition this might be?

My husband got a Scaphoid fracture - NON Displacement...13 days back... yesterday there was little pain no significant swelling...doctor suggested POP ...we got it done yesterday but my husband hasd high level of discomfort hence got it removed today...he is using some wrist splint instead...pls lemme know what else can be done...POP is not at all possible..he has some fears psychologically...

I am 7 weeks post C-section. For the past 1 week, I have pain/discomfort on the right side of my lower back near the pelvic/SI joint, mainly while walking or putting pressure on that side. I feel heaviness at night when i sleep on my back. No pain while sitting, and no numbness or tingling in the legs. Is this postpartum pelvic/SI joint pain? Will it resolve on its own, and by when ?

I am having palpitations after meal and this symptoms I have been suffering since last 1 year. Consulted cardiologist and done ECG multiple times .Everything seems normal .Taking thyroid medicine daily 25mg.My heart rate reaches 130 .During palpitations I go to washroom and feel discomfort .It will trigger nearly 10-15 mins then it will be settled.Please suggest how to get rid of this palpitations permanently.

Hi Today I could see blood in stool. It was bright red. I have cramps in stomach. It is happening even after me eating healthy foods. From two to three days I have been suffering from constipation. I had done blood tests, abdominal ultrasound scanning and chest xray and my hemoglobin was 11. These tests were done two months back. Sometimes it is on and off gas bloating and some discomfort. I don't know what to do. Now blood in stool is scarring me a lot. I have heart palpitations as well. There is no major tiredness...Please help me.
