My husband has erectile disfunction. His age is 34.  He has no addiction. And no other physical problems. He does not want have sex . He says that having sex is painful for him . He is not gay or bisexual.  His sperm count is also low. He loves me but when he realised his problem he started to move away from me. even when I went to him myself , he got very angry and started to talking insultingly. He says that he has no appetite for Sex . And when I touch his body he says that he feels very discomfort. It is curable or not?

Hello Doctor, I am 23 years old. I have a sore or swollen gum on the right wisdom teeth's gum. It has been there from last 2 days. It causes mild pain especially when touched or otherwise, discomfort in normal. Could you please check the attached picture and let me know what's that ? I don't do any kind of smoking, tobacco or anything else. I am little bit scared to see such thing there. Please check and advise what should i do to cure it. Thank you.

My son is 2.7 years old. He is suffering from.fever from last 2 days I am.giving p250 5 ml every 4 hours and incase high fever giving meftal 8hrs once but today only I am noticing he has throat infection throat has white and red spots like mouth ulcer and he is having discomfort in throat so not taking solids much. Pls advice what to give for throat relief.

I underwent laser hemorrhoidopexy and sphinceterotomy in July 2021 for Grade 3 internal hemmorhoids. Even after that, I never felt completely pain free during defalcation. There was kinda relief for few months but now i am getting fissures sometimes. It's not as severe as before, the sharp burning pain last for 15-30m and discomfort for 1-4hrs. I am noticing tiny amounts passive incontinence sometimes. Please advise what to do? I am worried if laser treatment has gone wrong.

From last few days I have acidity and from last evening I have pain in my upper chest right arm and on neck also...when I lie down straight on my bed it hurts less but when I turn right and left it hurts more...during walking also I feel pain and discomfort on chest... I have regular pain on my upper back and lower back also.. I have high BP and asthama also.. is this is due to acidity, muscle spam or something else...kindly suggest what should I do ??

Ma'am or sir u see this mark around my under foot. Actually 2 months back while coming back to home nail or I don't know something got inserted inside it. So I took first aid and that's all. I did not take injection. Not even single. For some time it was okay. But from last more then 45days l am in absolute discomfort. I aint able to run or walk properly because that part has become rigid from above but inside its paining. It pains. Please suggest me what shall l do? I aint able to move comfortably.

I keep getting acidity issues often. If I don't eat for a few hours, I get bloated and feel weak and uneasy. There's no stomach pain but just bloating and discomfort. I take antacids and it goes away but again after a few weeks, if something I ate, doesn't sit well in my stomach, the issue starts again. Sometimes the body feels too hot but after eating, the heat goes away. Do I need to check for any serious stomach issues? Kindly advice.

My baby 6 months old.i started giving nestum rice and apple pury.baby stool stiff and yellow outside layer with thick brown or black. Some times like big chunks . Daily poops once or twice a day but discomfort  while  passing motion.she takes breast feeding also.is this normal when I see doctor.

I have tear in my frenulum during sexual intercourse. Was a little worried about how long it take to heal? Also while tear happened it bled for 2 minutes and after that it stopped on its own. My questions are - 1. Do I need to go to doctor? I dont have much pain unless I try to see the tear or mild discomfort while urinating 2. How long until I can have sex? I'm having left ear discomfort for about 2 months. Constant flow of mucus through throat and some sharp pain near left ear sometimes right ear.
