Hi doctor I am 23 yrs old male and for the past two days I am feeling some discomfort in my scrotum like the nerves are holding tight & whenever I touch the epididymis or if there is any movement to the scrotum and consulted general surgeon nearby and made colour Doppler ultrasound to check whether there is torsion testis, infection but everything is fine. Any have doctor prescribed to take Doxid 100 for two weeks but please could you help me regarding the same and medications for the same.

Hello doctor , After consuming I pill it been almost 5. Days of the consumption of I pill , I have lot of bloating sensation in stomach, gastritis issue , first tym this gas prblm is occurring Also bloating , uneasiness , discomfort . Dear Sir / Mam, 3 months back I was faced severe  Back Pain and lower abdomen pain. I tool CT KUB and found that " Mild Left Hydrouteteronephrosis due to 3x2 mm Terminal Ureteric Calculas ". After then, Doctor suggested Take Noculi Syrup ( Mrng & Night 1 Teaspoon). After few days pain and discomfort was gone ". Now I took USG Abdomen and no calculi found. Can you please suggest still I need to take Noculi Syrup, if yes How long I need to take?

While walking in home, there was a tiles broken and I unknowingly slided against this tile and got abrasion and wound in my right leg big Toe. Went to hospital for dressing and no stitching was required. Doctor gave signoflam tab and cifran 500 for 5 days (mor and night daily). I feel discomfort while passing urine. Should I need to continue signoflam for five days even if I don't have pain?

Hlo I am medical student I get chest pressure and discomfort radiating to left shoulder and arm and sometimes neck It is almost always at exertion and also at rest But it can't be stable angina as pressure doesn't go away at rest n symptoms continues for 3-4 hours... now if it was unstable angina it wud not be lasting so long widout causing any changes in ecg or my heart muscle So what can it be

I urge to yawn and I can't yawn completely it is incomplete yawn when there is incomplete yawning  my mouth test gets bitter and shortness of breath starts and there is feeling of discomfort and restlessness and when  i yawn completely then I feel better and my mouth taste gets normal and breathing gets normal. What is reason behind this. My husband got his report done. His cholostrol level is low got deficiency in vitamin b12 and d suggested tablets. One of his 2d echo said tbe following grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. I have consulted a psychatrist for my frequent panic thinking. If have a slight headpain i think it would be stroke like that. I have allergic and bronchial asthma. I have been taking inhalers. I f i feel slight discomfort in breathing i immediately take oximeter and very frequently check my SPo2 readings. Dr suggested me to take ZOSERT 25MG, SULPITAC 50MG and OMEZ D daily night. Can i take these medicines along with MontekLC which iam currently using for allergy and inhalers. Whether this will cause any side effects?

I am facing so many issues with my stomach for the past two years I have diagnosed with grade 1 esophagitis and antrum gastritis before two years I have taken regular medicines like pantaprozole ,sucralfate syrup etc,but still I am facing issues with my stomach.every day I am facing stomach discomfort, burning, and moderate stomach pain,bloating. I am taking spicy less and oil free food only. Could you please suggest something ? Will it be the life threatening issue? Or I need to take one more endoscopy?
