Hello, I have mild low grade fever since past 4 days, headache, dry cough and sneezing not so severe, itchy eyes, myalgia, stomach discomfort and loss of appetite. I took dolo 650 mg 2 times per day for past two days. For some time I feel relieved but again I start getting the same symptoms. Can you please suggest me a complete remedy for this as all the primary care clinics are shut due to covid19.

Hi , I have undergone endoscopy for 3 times(attached report)and found Hiatal hernia. Please suggest dose it require surgery? I am taking Sompraz l and not facing any burning sensation,but facing heavy chest discomfort. Consulted cardiologist for chest pain and all tests are normal including chest X ray and confirmed no cardiac related issue. But still I am facing chest pain.

From past 8-10 days I am suffering from swollen tonsils with cold and cough associated with runny nose and sneezing, headache with moderate body pain. my wisdom tooth is decayed. does wisdom teeth causes throat infection and swollen tonsils. also I am allergic to  penicillin, diclofenac, ibuprofen, aspirin, sulpha. doctor has prescribed azithromycin 250 for three days. but the discomfort in throat has not gone. please suggest any medicine or treatment for the same.

I am 44 year old female. My problem is when my urine ends a white drops comes out...though i dont have pain or burning sensation while urinating. Sometimes i feel heaviness and discomfort in my lower abdomen, seems something swollen inside.  Sometomes i do have lower back pain.  I also have itching in my private areas like vulva, vagina. I have this problem for past 1 year. Few month back i had done routine urine test and it was completely normal. My worry is white drop comes out and itching.  What could be the reason of it.  Is this fungal infection, if yes, what is best treatment.

My cycle is around 17-20 every month, last month on 18 april i dint get proper periods it was like mere spotting. Today is 18 may i am having spotting again not sure if i wl have proper periods this time as well. Need prescription for the fix. I am feeling discomfort due to this. Not on any medication. I am having irregular cycle occasionally every 4-5 times a year from past 3 years

Hi, i would like to know the reason of cracking or poping sound in my joint, spcl. in neck and spine. I constantly feel little pain or uncomfortabllity in my neck also in my middle spine nd after little streching or twisting, poping sound came out through the joint nd i feel relaxed, bt in or abt 30 again feeling the same discomfort nd again that poping sound came. Pls, suggest me what is this problem or deasese, which i.m suffering? And to whom us the treatment of it? Thnx

Yesterday I was doing my room deep cleaning which was very dirty and after I was done I felt some stinging sensation on my throat. But at night I felt discomfort around the area so I applied savlon.But upon waking up today I saw the area is swollen and I have intense pain,burning and stinging . The area is swollen because I cannot properly turn my head. What is the problem ...I am so much worried.? please help.

From past 1 month, me and my mother are facing gerd issues. We have almost same symptoms, after having our meals, the food seems to stuck in our throat and chest and causes discomfort with sometimes pain in the chest. After eating anything, it causes a pricking sensation in the throat, that food is coming into the mouth, could it be due to some infection , cause we both r facing the same and are very depressed. We also took a course of medication and felt better but after stopping it, again started. Also feel anxiety and panic attacks. Please advise.

I am taking symbal 20 from past 16 months for my back pain suggested by doctor. Is thr any side effects . I stopped couple of days back then again I felt little discomfort in my back . No issues while standing or sitting . Only when I got up from sitting position it felt like jamming. Felt as if some nerve is stretching. Started again symbal 20 no issues felt . Am I addicted to medicine now

I have been diagnosed with antral gastritis and GERD in 2018 after endoscopy. The doctor gave a prescription of antacids, ivoral forte and Nizonide 500. But I actually couldn't get rid of the heartburn and stomach discomfort till now. I don't want to got back to him since I went twice for the same issue and spent a lot of money on that without improvement. A friend asked me lately whether I did the H Pylori test since his mother was suffering from stomach issue for years with H pylori related. Please help.
