Irregular stools
My 2.5 year kid is not passing proper motion for the past four days. He is passing frequent stools which are not hard in texture nor loose stools. They are normal but frequency is more. We gave him deworming syrup last week, but it is still the same.  P.s his activity is the same. He is not complaining of discomfort or pain and his appetite is not much changed. But his frequency of passing stools is almost 5 to 6 times a day mostly after meals. We are being suggested to give plain vanila ice cream and it may clean the stomach. Is it true?

Hello, This is due to intestine hyperactivity. And its a reflex of intestine. Just avoide Milk products including icecreams except Curd and buttermilk, which u have to give more. Dont give Outside junk food and packets. Make a nice diet schedule with home foods. Avoid cofee and tea, any chocolate, Maida products. Give Vegetables and fruits more. Can give rice products. Give antihistamines for 1 week and she will be fine.. This is very usual issue in growing child. But completely curable.
