For only breast fed babies, this can be normal. Just massage the tummy and the anal region and hopefully the stool will come.

We often see such cases in clinic,as long as baby is fine, drinking milk properly,no tummy distention leading to pain and discomfort don't worry. Only thing is baby has passed 1st black motion after birth we call it as meconium on time like within First 24hours or it was very late is very important. If it's late consult your pediatrician soon for thorough examination of Baby. I hope it clarify your doubts. Monthly growth monitoring is very important at this age,so be in touch with pediatrician.
