Since u r saying that moderate loose motion. I assume there might be some dehydration. Start ORS. U should offer ORS to child whenever child passes loose stools and also in between. Aslso start Syp Zincogut 5ml/20mg) 5ml once day for 10days.Zinc helps in early recovery and dec future incidents of diarrhea. Also u can give probiotic like Ecobion Sachet one sachet once dayx3days.
Next Steps
Keep observing child for signs of dehydration like lethargy, decsesed Urine output, dry tongue.

Feed the child every now and then to avoid dehydration. It has zinc also. It is beneficial.Feed Banana2at least in next 6 hrs. Give NutrolinB syrup 1tsf twice a day. I am sure he will be alright. In case you feel , he is not improving, start Furoxone syrup 1tsf twica day. Light diet like khichri with curds. He will love it. No beverages. You can feed coconut water.
