No , don't give it's an antibiotic
Usually 90% of diarrhoea are Viral infection only so no need to use antibiotic O2 SYRUP
USE these medicines:
Enterogermina thrice daily 1 tube morning afternoon and night for 3days
• Syrup Zinconia 5ml once daily for 3days
• ORS 1 sachet in 1litre of water and give 100ml every 2nd hourly
