I am unable to sleep at night due to frequent loo sessions (10-12) And there is blockage of urine in the early morning session (a narrow stream starts after 10-15 mins). Then there is dribbling and burning throughout the day . I am into discomfort

I recently experienced some pain, or shall I say discomfort in my neck. I dismissed it as something minor and continued with my daily meditation and walk, only exception being my practice of yoga, which I stopped. The pain has been growing and if I have to talk to someone for ,say, half an hour, my neck becomes very stiff. Traveling by road has become a problem. Can you help?

Getting sad always for one or other reason . already had 3 rounds counselling. was taking valproate 300 & 500 tablets, now not using. feels like am alone and no one is there to support especially after marriage. Much discomfort. Head ache and imbalance always. I don't want counselling again. Iam feeling like crying, running away. Much disturbed. iam much sad about my character. My friend is overweight weighted 86kg having 170cm height and diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea as he is having round chin as well. Doctor asked him to use cpap machine but he cannot use it as because of discomfort. Is it possible if he reduce upto 20 kg can he get rid of sleep apnea problem permanently. I m 20 year old and have swollen vagina. There is no pain , no irritation , no discharge , no inflammation . Only about 2 cm of vagina is swollen on one side. There is no discomfort while sitting , walking and while urination. I had sexual contact last time in february 2015.

She finds it difficult to sit with legs folded for more than 15 mins at a stretch. Now she has a similar discomfort in her wrist and we need investigate cause of nerve pain since last 4 years.
