I have a lot of pain in my right shoulder and arm. I'm not able to use my right arm much because of the pain and discomfort. It started since 2-3 weeks. I'm finding it more difficult to use my arm now. I'm unable to sleep right hand side because of the pain. I didn't get any injury before.
