Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

We are currently using a good quality (read expensive) Foam Mattress. But there is constant discomfort in the neck and lower back while sleeping and continues through the day after waking up. It's the same for me and my husband. We are quite sure the ache is related to the mattress we are using. Kindly suggest how do we feel totally pain free when we wake up. It will be good if you could suggest some good mattresses from orthopaedic well being point of view.

Frontal headache and pressure behind eyes. Discomfort when moving eyes side to side. NO runny or stuffy nose and no fever although felt feverish this morning. Pain seems to be getting worse and strengthens with any straining activity like cough or sneeze or bending over.
