Near left side back of the hip, I am experiencing pain in muscle from last night. Since I had to lift my bullet bike from the ground as it fell in parking which is heavy I experienced this sharp pain from the night. I'm able to walk straight freely. Its only forward bending and getting up from Chair causing discomfort.

I am a 22 year old female . I have a metal implant in my left ankle along with screws, which was placed 4 years ago. The doctor who performed the surgery said it was permanent.. but i wish to have it removed as it causes me pain and discomfort . Is it Ok for me to remove this implant?
