Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I had a vasectomy on the 22nd June 2018 and since then the swelling has gone, but I still have a lump behind my right testicle and a bigger lump about the size of a marble just about the right testicle, these are both extremely tender to the touch, I can't carry out any task without discomfort and am not sure if this needs looking into further.

I have 1/2 inch soft skin lump hanging on the wrinkle part of anus. I have had this soft flesh colored lump for over a year.It doesn't cause me any discomfort at all. will it eventually go away...or does it just stay.

I am suffering from the following issues- passing of gas through out the day and incomplete evacuation of bowels. Within an hour of going to the bathroom in the morning I start feeling heavy and discomfort in the stomach. Let me know if I can do anything to manage my condition better. Hi I missed my period this time and I too a HPT on 35th day morning and 39th day evening(today) but it showed negative. I feel discomfort to some extent in my stomach and have pain in the back and also feel sleepy on the daytime. Do I have any chances of being pregnant??

Last 2 weeks I am not able to sleep in night. My chest has heaviness, I am not able to breath while on bed., And all of sudden I feel discomfort in my breath. If I stay sit on chair (in the night) I don't feel any heaviness. I only can sleep properly after 5AM till 8AM. Please advise me..
