I'm taking methylphenidate HCL SR 10mg. For ADHD I fell better and improved well even though I have side effects like bloated stomach and discomfort and indigestion feeling. One doctor said Himalaya GASEX tablets really helpful to cure this. What shall I do shall I take is it true or else how to curb the side effects

You can go for any antacid or go for homeopathy if you find the side effects hard to deal with
