Today all of a sudden in gym.. when I got on cycling machine I felt discomfort and pain while sitting as the seat was not comfortable... I continued for 15 minutes. Later after two hours.. I feel a small lump at size of small pea in the rectum. I have taken a pic of it. I need any OTC medicine for it. And please let me know. What is it exactly?

I have got a pimple on the vaginal lip. It looks like a small red bump about the size of a large inflamed pimple. My periods are due in another 4-5 days. This bump causes discomfort and it is the first time I got it. I have regular periods. I want to know if it is a bacterial infection or something I should be worried about. I am a 26 years old female. There has been persistent pain in my right knee mostly around the front and sides. The pain has eggravated since I last went running. Every once in a while when i drink a can of coke, and after a while my stomach starts to hurt a lot, it starts with discomfort then gradually gets worse, so much so i go to the bathroom just in case i vomit. last night i did vomit brown , almost like diarrhea and then i passed out, still with stomach pain but not as much, i wake up with a head ache, dizziness and almost dead cold.

My recent blood work shows mild hyperhomocystenemia and hyperuricacidemia with elevated lol and triglycerides. Although there is no hypertension or hyperglycemia,and ecg is Normal too.
