Have different diagnosis from different GP, gastritis, gas in the intestines etc. Rumbling stomach noises with alot of discomfort, pain on left shoulder and left chest tightness. Taking omeprazole but no relief. Dizzy feeling and burping. H.pylori stool test thrice negative

I have vaginal discomfort and am not sure if I have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginitis or even something else. There is a thicker discharge, but I might be ovulating. It has a faint odor. But there is no itching but there is redness only on the right side and it burns when I walk or pee or try to clean it. This started 36 hours after sex. I have a doctor appointment in 3 days but is there any medicine I can try without fully knowing what it is?

There is bit tingling effect near eye which makes uncomfortable throughout day. Previously I used to get lot of ear pain, doctor suggested tryptomer and now ear do not pains much.
