So I get these dizziness episodes some time. While these episodes I feel a slight pressure or tightness at left side of occipital area or maybe at the back of the skull. And I have discomfort at that part where there is tightness. I have neck pain too around left side around suboccipital. So, are these muscle spasms or tension which are causing dizziness? I hit my right leg's toe on a metal piece protruding out of the ground while walking a month back. It pained for day Or two then it was ok. But now I am noticing the toe nails has a black section.
