Chest pain in the middle for almost 2 years. On and off. Mostly present. Only when squeezing the shoulders and chin inwards towards chest. No other discomfort. Pain only in that particular position, picture attached. I'm 24years old, male, from Guwahati, Assam.

Pulsating pain
Shall I worry from r my pulsating pain in chest ?? It's just very very very mild and doesn't create any discomfort. I am able to do all my regular activities without any issue. No other issue. It's just exist for couple of seconds and comes and goes. Please let me know.

Foreign particle or problem with eye?
I had sudden eye discomfort as if eyelash had fallen on the eye. I washed my eye, added a drop of Refresh tears and again washed my eye.
Finally a sticky tread like thing came out.

Occupital Bone Pain
I am having a throbing pain in both side of occupital area joints. The pain agrevates when i uses to drink water or when wake up from my bed. It starts to throb and get puksating effects with pain. Very discomfort feeling. No any other issue only this back head joints pains. Nothing else.
