I visited cardiologist near me he done tests like ECG, 2D Echo and TMT tests which came normal...what is the reason and cause... How to get rid of it ??? Plz suggest me .. iam getting fear due to this

I felt some sort of heaviness in both sides of upper abdomen, sometime felt relaxed after burping and then again bodily discomfort arises. At the same time felt sleepy feeling, eyes got heavy and i felt one sided heavy head.

I am having vaginal itching since yesterday. No discharge, no burning sensation during urination. Vaginal itching and Vaginal discomfort are the only symptoms. I was advised to take vaginal suppository. Is suppository  sufficient?? Or even oral medication needed?? If oral medication is needed, is STAT dose of oral medication sufficient? Please suggest .
