Doctor, I have been experiencing heart pumping sound( kind of constant ) in my left ear and it feels kind of closed. I don't have any pain but it feels very discomfortable about it. My left part of the head feels lil heavy. Am scared to visit the hospital given the current scenario. Any advise/ ear drops that might temporarily give relief? TIA

I don't have any constipation or digestion issues. However, very frequently i feel pain in rectum while passing stool . Also, i feel itchiness and discomfort for hours while sitting. Its too embarrassing to discuss the same with anyone. So , doesn't feel comfortable to discuss with family . I am concerned if it can be cancerous.
