I was infected with covid in April . I had fever and body pain which subsided upon taking medicine like paracetamol, doxycycline , iver mectin, etc.  After that I took both doses of covishield vaccine. Now I am again reinfecred with covid. I am majorly asymptomatic.  Mild fever like 100°f comes every 12hrs.  Apart from this everything  is ok. My family members  are also infected. Everyone is doing fairly good. Nothing serious yet. My father  is taking montec  lc for cough. My question is how can reinfection occurs within 6 months after taking vaccine? Does that induce the fact that vaccines are not that effective?

I start thinking so much in a comparable manner that I feel instability and anxiety. I start getting goosebumps like sensation from inside for 3-4 seconds and ends up cooling myself by taking a shower, having a smoke. I even start feeling so much depressed that I decide like this is what my life is and it can't be better as it's in my fate. This all slowly and slowly hampering me mentally. Hi, me and my wife have been trying for a baby for the last couple of months. Last month we comsulted a gynaecologist who suggested to go for a basic semen test. The semen test revealed that the motility rate is 30% with no fast progressive motility and non motility of 70%. Here are some more facts from the report: pH: 7.2 Round cells: 1/occ Sperm viability: 88% Sperm concentration: 34 m/ML Sperm morphology: normal-10%, head defects-74%, neck mid-piece defects- 9%, tail defects- 7% I don't know how bad is the report. I need an expert guidance. Currently I am taking Spermotrend 450mg as prescribed by a doctor.

Hi, am 21 years old. I have been experiencing a sudden increase in hair fall over the last 2 weeks. The only thing different that has happened is that I got my second dose of covishield on the 1st of August. Is there a possibility that I am experiencing some kind of a side effect, and if there is , what should I do about it?. It can't be genetic because getting bald  in early twenties does not run in my maternal or paternal family.As a matter of fact , no one is completely bald in my maternal or paternal family, just slight male pattern hair loss with age. I also read about something called as seasonal shedding, is it possible that I am  experiencing that ? Thanks.

I am 38 M, married almost 10 years ago. We have a 8 yr old daughter. My wife (36yr) wants 2 baby where I don't. I have been having severe hair loss since 3 years. My hair has reduced to half. I was diagnosed by a doc on practo as talogen effluvium. But i recently got a test done and i don't have low level of hemoglobin/ vitamin d or iron or b12. In fact my report was pretty normal. I can post the exact count of all these vitamins if need be. So my concern is, should i really continue with the same medicine? I am taking follihair everyday and applying grocapix serum and growth stimulation shampoo suggested by the doc. I'm still in my first month of treatment. What should i do? I'm scared this treatment may not work for me. Btw i also have pcod but the doc looking say my hair said this may not be because of pcod. And i don't have any thyroid issues.

Dear Sir/Ma'am Since last 1 Year am going through a frequent urination and urge for urination. In fact the urge for urination is more for first 30 min  after urination. But when I go to my bathroom there is no urine or there is little urine. So I visited hospital, I went through my ultra sound of Kidneys, blood and urine test, but everything is fine and normal in my test. My sugar level is normal, my kidneys are working well and also the urine routine and urine culture is normal. There is no Urine Growth found. The doctor gave me some Anti depressants durgs for 30 days and sent me home. What should I do ?

How good are veneers? I got braces at 10-11 for 2 years. I had 4 teeth pulled. I am 15 now. It has flattened my face a bit. Though satisfied, I am a little conscious of the fact that when when I smile my teeth seem very inside and don't show much. Is their anything I can do? I can wait till I get all my wisdom teeth. Hello Sir suddenly I have pain in my full body not only joints in fact full body no fever or anything and also from last 3to 4 months whenever I am doing rest poor lying on bed my full body tremor and feel shortness of breath. I taken gabapentin 200 but relief for a limited time then again same problems appear. So I want to know the reason of boost tremor and feel suddenly pain in full body. For pain relief I taken uultracet semi on orthopaedic suggestion. Whenever I laughed I have also pain back of my head. Please doctor help me what's the reason behind this. Can you please prescribe some medicine or test for this problems. Thanks in advance.

I have been working out to build muscle for past 5 months.. I have been following calorie surplus diet along with 1 scoop Whey protein in milk everyday.. But Still I remain in the same weight with no change. In fact my there are no changes in my muscle structure too. It is the same skinny fat that exists.. I feel the food I take, the nutrients in it are not assimilated by my body.. Also there is a bad odour everytime I use toilet which people complaints as abnormal smell.. I could hear sounds from inside my stomach region.. For the food that I eat.. I should have gained either muscles or weight.. But still I remain the same.. please help it out..
