Dear sir I have been suffering some times chest pinching with very small pain  since 5 months. There is no continuety but some times. I visited an ENT specialist by the time and he told that is acid reflux, took some medication for same. For some days it was ok. But now a days again started. Presently iam using Homeopathy medicine for the same. Homeo doctor siad that it will cure. But there is no improvement even after 20 days of the homeo medicine. Iam so scared about this. In fact some times iam thinking too much. Presently thinking alone in the home that why it is even after the medication also. Iam planning to go for CT scan chest. I don't have any other health issues like breathing, and burning at stomach part etc.. There is only thing like I feel that someone pinching at chest part with needles. Can you pls suggest me that what would be the better way to treat this. Homeopathy or English Medicines.

Seeking your help in finding the reason for my sister's abdominal pain. She has been experiencing pain in the lower right side of the abdomen since the last 4 - 5 days. Her health in the recent times has been just fine. She has not hurt herself. In fact her periods got done just 2 days before the pain started. Whenever she bends to pick anything it pains her. Otherwise she doesn't experience anything. Although the pain is bearable but she gets sensation everytime she bends. Requesting your help in diagnosing the same. This has happened for the first time. There has been no change in her eating or sleeping patterns.

Hi Doctor, I'm 26 and unmarried. I've observed alot of grey hairs. This is indeed causing a lot of stress on me. I'm worried that this issue could have impact on me getting married. Although I'm using Himalaya henna, but this does look awkward with certain hairs popping out with bright shiny orange colour. I know for a fact that grey hair cannot be reversed and I've couple of questions. 1) Should I consult a dermatologist or a tricologist for my grey hair problem? 2) Are hair colours safe at the age of 26?

I don't know what is happening to me. All of the sudden when I my body gets little heat whole body starts itching and it feels like so many pins are piercing through my body. It makes me crazy for few seconds and after few seconds it goes away. While I laugh I feel itchy, when I het excited I feel itchy, when I do workout I feel itchy, when I go in sunlight I feel itchy. And in fact sometimes all the sudden when I am sleeping under that fan and if someone woke me up I start feeling itchy again. Also sometimes when itching starts immediately I get sneezing 2-3 times. I don't know what is wrong with me but It really makes me crazy for few seconds. I am tried of this. With a little amount of heat it starts. When I wear shoes with socks then also it start itching from leg then whole body.

Hi doctor, I gave birth to my second child July 8, he left me in just 8 days. I am feeling broken, I feel I lost my life. I feel guilty I did some thing wrong so I lost my kid. But I am unable to share my feelings with any one. Every one around me saying I should take care of my elder daughter now. But the loss what I went through is some thing which is not allowing me to sleep. Also the process of delivery, here in chennai hospital played a game in extracting money, I am not able to digest what all went through in the process of delivery. I know my kid is no more, but my heart is not accepting the fact still...

Since yesterday 5pm am having pain around the jugular vein, first I thought it's just usual sprain due to bad sleeping position but it's not like that. It feels somewhere inside the neck at right side, also above the collar bone like something that pass through collar bone from inside. Not every moment is painful in fact when I try to rotate my neck it's fine but suddenly when I try to move my right hand outward sits pain with the feeling of strain, as if something is being pulled. Unable to understand what exactly it is. And whom should I consult to. Can you please tell me what it is? Is it alarming or will go away?

Hi doctors, my wife is 39.4 weeks now. She was admitted for labour(on 5-6-2020). She didn't get any pain so far. On 5th night around 11PM they applied the gel to induce the labour. Seems there is no response from cervix. Then today (6-6-20) morning 5AM around they started giving trips. Actual due date is given is 9. So I'm confused, is it take some more time to open??. Or what could be the reason. Midwife are doing a good support. Anyway, we are following what midwife or gyne suggesting..just want to know the fact in this. Thanks for all your kind responses.

I am pursuing chartered accountancy course and I have a lot of work in internship and lots to study as well. I'm unable to focus and do anything properly. Moreover I'm tired all the time and have headache everyday. In fact, I wake up with a headache. I don't feel the drive in doing things I loved to do also. People consider me lazy but I am not. I'm trying really hard to actively study work and standing up for family and friends. I am forgetting everything including names of people, my passwords etc and unable to lead a normal life.

I might be just stressing out a lot but its been for years that I am very sure I am a pathological liar. I do know I have mental health issues, and it's not normal how I've been thinking for years. Imagining killing random people on the road has been a very common thing for me. I stalk people a lot. People who are unknown of my existence. I have lived a completely fake life in front people for years. Its kind of funny how I can get away with it too. I know my actions have been wrong and unacceptable but I don't feel the remorse. Sometimes I'm proud that I can get away with scamming or manipulating people. I've googled it. I am a psychopath. I know. I took an online test right now. It says I'm 85% psychopath. Although I do know they cannot be trusted. It just gives a heads up to the fact. I don't know if there's a solution to this. I wanted to confess I am. that's all. Or maybe get a professional to assess me. But even after that I don't know if there's a solution/treatment to this.

First of all, I would like to say that I identify as a non-binary individual and have gender dysphoria due to my periods. I had my first period at 11 years of age and always had severely painful periods. I went to the doctor 3 years ago and my USG report said that I have a bulky left ovary. My gynaecologist prescribed me with medicines (I don't exactly remember their names) and I completed the course but the situation never improved. Now, I never had irregular periods but the have been getting late since the last two months. I missed my period this month. I'm beginning to get concerned but the fact is that I am looking for a doctor who would tell me if I can get a hysterectomy because I can't deal with this anymore. As my periods are a big source of my dysphoria, I would be glad to get rid of it and start my hormone treatment for transition. Please let me know what should I do.
