From the past few days I am feeling a dryness inside my mouth. In fact can see some light reddish marks in the inner surface of my lips and cheeks. Few painful rashes in my tongue. Unable to have food. Can't feel the taste of the food. Spicy food is even hurting more. Please suggest any oitmemt to get a relief.

Hi Doctor, Ours is a love marriage, we got married after 5 years of convincing our parents. It's been a year since we have been Married but until now we have not had sex. I just met a friend who was suffering from Tubeculosis 3 months back and while we were having a conversation i was very close to him as i was unaware of the fact that he was having TB! As TB is air borne disease i am scared that may be some Bacterias have entered my body! Now what should i do?! I typically wake up at 6am, in fact I become conscious and cannot sleep. I have observed that I feel extremely sleepy after 9am or after having breakfast, my body temperature increases,eyes feel very much and would like to sleep. I have also observed that my body temperature significantly increase after having food and I feel sleepy and tired.

Hi I am posting this on behalf of my Dad, he sometimes feels pain in the left hand, its not exactly pain but a kind of contractions and uneasyness... We initially thought its related to heart but many doctors denied the same and discarded the fact that if it is anyhow related to heart... Please advice?

This problem occurs near genital areas and I have tried many ways. I have used Abzorb dusting powder by Ranbaxy and also have used tubes like as clobate-Gm , terbinafine HCL cream but still there is no result in fact it is increasing day by day. What should I do or whom should I consult ?

My brother has recently confessed to me that he is interested in guys and has had sex with multiple guys till now.After all this, he doesnt ever want to get married since it would only ruin the girl's life. To that fact, I too support this point. But I can't digest the fact that he is gay. My parents / family are not able to handle it. Is it possible that he is not exactly sure of what he thinks, is it possible that he can be attracted to women and get married in his future? What should I do? Get him help ? What sort of help ? No the problem is not about madness or something,it may be natural but I will be happy if there is a way out. My grandmother (age 80 years) is behaving sometimes wrongly. 1) She tells about some incident with false fact. That means she tells about incident occured a year ago ,but this didn't happen I think she cannot retain recent incidents(year span 10 to 20 years) 2)She always argued with some illogical facts. 3) She wants to eat what doctor tells not to eat.(Like sugar,oily foods) When we try to convince her, she become furious and start emotional blackmail. It always happen when it comes to some activities. This all started a year ago. What should I do to convince her the right things?
