Body temperature
I typically wake up at 6am, in fact I become conscious and cannot sleep. I have observed that I feel extremely sleepy after 9am or after having breakfast, my body temperature increases,eyes feel very much and would like to sleep. I have also observed that my body temperature significantly increase after having food and I feel sleepy and tired.

What is your height weight. May be due to less stamina

Hi..., sticking to a strict bedtime routine – aim go to bed and wake up at the same time every day when possible...trying to relax before going to bed...keep the area where you sleep a comfortable temperature, quiet and free of distractions...avoid caffeine, tea, coffee,  alcohol and smoking before going to bed...exercise regularly, avoid heavy meals before going to bed....Consult Your Physician....
