Hi, my wife 14 weeks pregnant diagnosed with low TSH level. She have symptoms like excessive hair fall, nausea, vomiting, mild fever, problem in urine many others. Doctor prescribed me some antibiotics and fever medicine. Should I take second opinion? Are these reading really low given the fact of pregnancy?

I am obese. From 12th April I experienced a loss of appetite and from then on, I am losing weight. I just found I am losing 2-3 kgs per week. Although my appetite has inproved marginally, it is not what it was before.  From 14th April onwards I mostly ate fruit and curd on days and limiting dinner quantityas well. I know losing this much weight is not normalno matter how much I diet, given the fact that I am mostly sedentary otherwise.

I have a very interesting question for you regarding gastritis. My question is if only PPI is effective in treatment of gastritis ? I understand the fact that PPIs can help to block all the channels which produces acid in the stomach. But gas is mainly produced in the intestine by the bacteria . Yes , it can come up to the stomach and esophagus . But my question is if only PPI is effective to treat it ? Is that the reason , PPIs are augmented with antiemetic drugs for better management ?

I got my bhcg test done it's 1.2 .. I am still not able to accept I am not pregnant as I have all the symptoms in fact my stomach is hurting and just bloating and bloating and maybe I have missed my last pregnancy date and calculated wrong. Also I am unavle to wear pants as it's hurting my stomach. What should I do accept it's negative and take tabs to get my period

I've missed my periods and they're late by 14 days today. Have taken pregnancy test which was also negative. But I've pcos and a relatively unhealthy lifestyle during previous cycle due to traveling. There has been times when I've missed my periods one month and automatically started bleeding the next month - a normal bleeding that too. But the fact that I've missed my periods this month is really stressing me now.

I have undergone 2 sittings of prp treatment after first sitting, I have experienced Normal hairfall but after second sitting suddenly I am observing serious hairfall which is very concerning for me.whether it is normal to have such hair shedding after prp treatment especially considering the fact that I have experienced normal hairfall after first sitting that too stopped to a great extent after 15 days of first sitting. My mom has taken the 1st dose of vaccine "covishield" in Mar '21. Thereafter in month of apr she was diagnosed with Covid. She got recovered properly now. On 17th july she undergone sugar test and the report states 127 fasting and 227 pp. May you please suggest the date on which she can get her 2nd dose of vaccine considering the fact that the diabetic range is on the higher side and she was previously diagnosed with covid Please advice the date.

I think I have got OCD...Are usually take bath twice every day but three days ago I went at late night. The next day I felt I should again go and this become a pattern. Today I thought I wudnt need to go but my body started feeling weird urge to bath.. As if I had not taken bath whole day despite the fact that I have taken bath twice today.. My son is almost 12 year old. He informed me that whenever he watches TV and see actress in western dress, a slippery transport fluid come out from his penis.
