I am facing hairfall from last 9-10 months. I really don't know the reason behind this. I have tried panteen shampoo, dove hair fall control shampoo. And what i feel now is they have in fact promoted my hair fall. Now when i bath i see huge hair fall. Please suggest some oil or shampoo to use.

This has been going on for months. I am concerned about my mental health and the fact that I cannot fall back asleep once these sleeping patterns happen. About three weeks ago I got pretty sick and ever since then my ear has been popping everytime I swallow, sometimes one pop sometimes three.
