Three days ago I got my period but the flow was very minimal post that the discharge is brown and not red. I usually have high flow on day 2 but this time there was only slight brown discharge. I have been drinking alot of water than usual since my last cycle and last week had slight pain on the left side of stomach. Could there be any issue and would drinking more water affect menstrual flow

I am 34yrs married woman with single girl child. Not having flow in the periods. It comes on time but very few flow. I tried lots of treatment for this. But nothing happens. And my Amh level is also very low it's 0.1. What I do to get my regular flow back. I am a thyroid patient since from last 9yrs.

I donot have flow during my period and it is only spotting last time also it was same and as per dctr i did use Deviry and flow was normal.ultrasiund was done and found a simple cyst in right ovary and dctr told it will go after 3 cycles...
